“Chef Robuchon tested his cooks by letting them prepare an egg. All I can say is that the talented chef would have made chef Robuchon proud. The breakfast is exquisite with assorted breads, charcuterie, and a perfect egg. The dinner was more than satisfactory with a perfect cordon bleu and a marvellous local beer. The room is tidy and spacious with a perfect balcony for that after work cigar. The hosts are welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect, close enough to the vast industry centres of Oberpfalz yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep.”
