The head massage was dissapointing

The room where we had our massage wasn't very relaxing. It looked and felt more like at doctors' surgery, no relaxing music or scents and was too bright. Most of the staff didn't speak English.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Good selection of food at breakfast and dinner. The room was cleaned daily, was a good size and had everything we needed.

1. Sometimes there was no soap in the showers of the swimming pool. 2. The supper starts at 17:30 and finishes at 19:30, which for us was too early.

Everything was on the highest level of services. Excellent staff ,delicious home cooking,cleanliness everywhere,fresh local food. Very professional and careing medical staff. Doctor,Head nurse,all assistents in spa area,physical therapist is the best I ever had.

The Hotel doesn’t have private parking. The distance between the parking and the hotel was about 1.5km walking distance.

The staff was very nice, they speak English, German and Russian and that was convenient. The room was clean, beautiful and cozy. The wellness center was excellent, all you need. The breakfast was good, but can be better.

The WIFI signal is not that strong, we did not mind but if you need a place with a good signal it is maybe not the best. The sauna's maximum temperature was only 75 degrees and the swimming pool quite cold. It might be because they want to save energies.

The hotel was really nice, small and intimate ! The food was really tasty, the rooms really comfortable and we loved the small Iris club area :) The wellness area was small but nice ! The location really quiet and perfect !

The night staff wasn't too preoccupied in finding solutions to our queries (from getting ice to answering questions). The room although comfortable had issues with one of the reading lamps which was not fixed by the staff.

Excellent customer service from the Staff during the day, the night front of house though was clueless (we think it had to do with him being so young). Location-wise the hotel is great and the room had an amazing view.

Unfortunately there wasn’t any lactose free yoghurt or milk for breakfast. Nowadays it’s a very common diet request and I was disappointed that a health oriented hospitality hasn’t provided any options.

The personnel was very friendly. The location is in a quiet street a short walk from the main attractions. The Garden Colonnade, where there are 2 mineral water fountains, is just a couple minutes away. Our room wasn’t big, but nevertheless very comfortable. The breakfast was variable and plenty.

Minor flaws like too much running water in the sink - I had to be careful not to get splashed. On the TV - apparently IP for local stations as well - the picture and sound sometimes froze.

The hotel was clean, well equipped, neat. Staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast at a very good level. The room was very well lit, including a large portable standing lamp, and equipped with a desk large enough for PC work.

The spa area is small. It can comfortably accommodate maximum 10 people. So if the hotel full, it might get really crowded. The room's doors are almost impossible to close without making a lot of noise. Sauna was opened only between 1500 and 2200. The spa treatments in the hotel are very expensive for what they offer. After we booked 2 spa treatments in the hotel, we booked 2 others at the Thai Spa house in the city center. The treatments and massages were longer, cheaper and better.

The Breakfast was good and diverse. The room was big, comfortable and nice. Everything was very clean. Nice location. Mini bar in the room with very affordable prices. Nice spa area if the hotel is not full. Friendliness of the staff.

In the bedroom there were glass shelves above the bedside table. They are basically invisible so we bumped into them a few times while trying to get stuff from the bedside table. Quite painful. The coffee at breakfast was the worst of my life. I am not exaggerating. I had to add so much milk and sugar to be able to drink it that it wasn't coffee anymore. Our room was behind the elevator so at night we could hear it go.

The staff was always kind and available. Special mention to the ladies managing the breakfast room. I have never seen such professionalism in a hotel before, they are 5 star level. I was impressed with the quality of the fixtures and Furniture, it really looks the part of a modern 4star hotel. Kudos to who managed the renovations. The pool/ sauna area is fantastic! Both for the quality and how it is managed. Very relaxing. I had never tried a whirlpool with salty water, it does Miracles for the skin. The location was ideal and allowed us to easily reach all our Destinations.
