The only disadvantage are the TV programmes, no international channels and mostly only movies in Czech with no news bulletins. But that's alright, there's not much need for television there.

A very good offer for both breakfast and dinner. There is a parking space for every room. Very nice staff, the ladies at the reception helped us with both a room upgrade and prolonging our stay. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the resort, close to nature.

I stayed at the Sněžka hotel for one night. The hotel is very cozy, clean, and modern. The window offers a beautiful view of the mountains. I enjoyed the restaurant with a diverse menu and the sauna. A special thank you to the hotel staff for the birthday cake! Despite not pre-ordering it, the hotel staff found a way to prepare it for breakfast. It was a delightful surprise! I would be happy to stay there again.

The hotel is an old building. Some rooms are renovated and some are not. There are the levels of rooms that correspond to the renovations. Breakfast was ok but could be better we had issues with vegetables not being fresh. Selection is limited.

Convinient location close to both: town infrastructure & ski-lifts. Good quality of food served for breakfast as well as the one prepared in the restaurant. Clean spacious cozy apartment. Friendly personnel.

The downsides came from some of the other guests, noisy people during the night, coming back after partying in town, and people without discipline trying to use the spa whithout reservation or largely exceeding their time limit. People without education are always a nuisance, wherever you go!

Breakfast buffet was nicely diversified. Staff always kind and helpful. We had dinner three evenings at the restaurant which was outstanding. Traditionnal Czech food with a nice and creative gastronomic touch. The menu is limited but we asked for something different and the Chef obliged without problem. We used the spa every day (one hour free by reservation) and it was very pleasant and relaxing. Infrastructure for storing skis and drying shoes very convenient.

Very nice location with great view to the mountains and slopes, close to the town center, pet friendly hotel which we appreciated very much. Good breakfast. Very good ski storage and large parking. All in all great value for money.
