To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

LithuaniaVery beautiful place! Good location with great places around to eat. The apartment itself was really cozy, bright and clean, we had everything we needed, together with morning coffee at the balcony :) The view is not into the street so it was quiet during the night time. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, even though everything was remote, we were able to check in since we had all the instructions, so this was really convenient. Regarding the parking: the paid parking is really the best option in Prague and close to the apartment. Not sure why google shows 20mins of walking when it's no more than 10. To sum up: amazing apartment to stay in Prague!

United States of AmericaI liked everything about the apartment and the host, but I was surprised to see that the shop below the apartment called "The Right Store" (https://www.rightstore.cz/cs/) was selling Thor Steinar clothing items and openly advertising them. Thor Steinar is referred to as a "nazi-chic brand-name" and "is considered to be closely associated to neo-Nazism" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thor_Steinar). It is banned in parts of Germany... Of course, this has nothing to do with the apartment and can be anywhere in Prague. Still surprising to see this in a residential neighborhood of a city full of Ukrainian flags and anti-Putin stickers...
Katarina was an amazing host. Very thorough and pleasant. The studio is cute, clean, functional and located in an up-and-coming neighborhood with pubs, cafes and restaurants full of Czech people. Far enough from the annoying tourists glued to the "Disneyland" part of Prague to enjoy your stay, but still walking distance to all the major attractions, if it is your cup of tea. Two metro stations in less than 4 minutes walking distance. Two great parks for morning runs, or watching the sunset. Overall, if I can book it, I would stay here again in my next business trip.

NetherlandsNothing major, I had some problem with the mattress but it could be a personal preference. My husband did not really have any issue and slept well. The owner was very receptive to this feedback, she will be looking into it.
It is clear that the owner took a lot of care in designing the accomodation. There are a lot of small touches that make the place look "fancier". There is basically everything you can think of here, kitchen utensils, washing machine, and what my husband was particularly happy about was that there were Q-tips. The owner was also very responsive to messages!

SwedenThere was one problem, something extra important for me, maybe not for the majority, curtains let in too much light in the mornings. Some kind of blinds is needed from my perspective. Still maximum scores.
This is maybe the best apartment I rented in Prague (many). You should read all the reviews, they will tell you how wonderful this place is. There are also all those small important details that make a place stand out and be complete. All photographs are accurate, you see what you get.

An exceptional experience in a wonderful area! Dont even look any further - this apartment is super clean, nicely equipped and has everything you need… moreover cozy, in a wonderful area (full of parks, nice streets with beautiful spots) and just behind the corner of Prague Old Town. The communication with the host and her approach are just as great! This is definitely a perfect spot for a stay in Prague.
