We were in this hotel for the second time and this time it was fully booked. 90% of the guests are families with small children that would run, scream and cry in the hallway until very late hours. Rather than for a couple get away it is suited for families. Wellness only available for 30 minutes a day for free and only until 5pm - but the staff told us that we can stay loger, as long as we exit by 5pm. Since you ski all day you do not have much time to enjoy wellness. Entry to sauna and whirpool only without bathing suits, but polish people do not respect it, nor shower before entering. This meant that the water was cloudy and had an odor, next day it was better. The squeegee wiper for the floor was falling apart and was fixed with tape, but did not work properly because of this. I imagine it costs 30€ tops so should be replaced. This way we could not wipe the floor after showering. The first day, whirpool was only25 degrees. The hotel apparently has all new staff except two senior members and the team is not yet working efficiently together (we had to ask for a lot of things that should be done automatically). The rooms and sheets were clean, but the rooms need better deep cleaning (mold in the shower and in the windows due to humidity). Cleaning did not replenish tea or tissues in the room. The bed is a big platform and the mattresses are just placed on it so they slide from each otther.

The hotel has a great location and is still quite fresh after its reconstruction. There is a ski storage place with dryers. Breakfast is great and has a vide selection including do it yourself waffles. Spa is nice and the whirpool is a good size with an amazing view. Staff is very nice and did everything we asked them. The rooms have a nice bathtub. The bar is big enough with comfortable seating and room to play games. There is billiard, ping pong and fussball. I would recommend this hotel for families.

The restaurant does not have enough capacity for breakfast which creates a queue unless you're on of the first at 7:00am. It's also insufficient for dinner time because unless you have a half-board you are unlikely to dine there. The parking is also insufficient. I'm not sure how any of these problems can be fixed though unless the hotel is planning some expansion works. One thing that can be improved is the attitude of the restaurant staff, could be a bit more kind to guests.

The location and reception staff were really nice. The area is very beautiful especially with snow. It's in walking distance to the Mumlava waterfall which is great. Also walking distance to the city.

1. A lot of czech books, but parallely not too many in english nor polish for those who don't speak in CZ. You could also make some diversification of the books, like technics&engineering, art, stories, painting, religion, etc., and so on... It is pleasure to sit on there, on canopes and drink your beer an read the books. 2. Roots on the roads ! 3. Snooker table ! It feels that it is very old. Could you please renovate it and especially exchange the balls ?

1. The lady from the stuff welcoming us with the drink. She was very gentle, communicative and nice ! 2. Very wide range of products during the breakfast. Really great. Also waffles being there were fine. 3. Reception are with canopes, bar, football tabe and BOOKS !! ... were great.

Restaurant and bar were understaffed. The staff was doing their best, but at peak times simply had no chance to manage to serve all the guest in a 4* standard. Restaurant is also too small - people had to queue and wait ling time for breakfast.

I guess due to recent energy prices development hotel was forced to have some save measures and we felt it on room temperature during day. Not a deal-breaker, but I would appretiate a bit more heat during our stay, especially regarding water.

Great location, view from the window, open apartment. Amazing breakfast and very nice personnel. I was pleasantly surprised with high level of services. Accomodation is really worth visiting.

The entrance from parking was in reconstruction, badly secured from safety point of view. Some furniture from Ikea in the room is not a standard for 4* hotel. We were charged for services upfront (as a deposit) what I consider an act of mistrust to the client - the hotel should stop doing this asap. We also had a visibly broken door to our room (easily to be fixed). The 4* hotel restaurant could be better.

The location is fantastic. Wide range of food for breakfast, vegetables, sweets, juice etc. Also the arrangement of the room was practical and clever. I appreciate the design of glass bathroom, every high standard hotel should have something special like this.

The location of the property is kind of far from the center. If you have a car then not much a problem, but if you don't have one - it might be challenging, especially getting back to the hotel after sunset. Most of businesses in the city, like restaurants, mini-markets, etc. do not accept credit cards.

Billiard table in the lobby - kids just loved it, free of charge, any time. Children games room is good. Beautiful views from the room's balcony! It was a very calm and relaxing hotel.

Petty far from the city. Sauna and jacuzzi was not included and the price for an hour at the evening was ca. 50€ - way too much.

Our room was clean and the view was nice. Breakfast was delicious, from sweet croissant to scrambled eggs. Good coffee. Close to the hiking paths.

I recommend. After we arrived, we got a nice room, everything was ok. In the evening it turned out that there was a system mistake and we were in a wrong room, so next mornig we were trasfered into even bigger, better room with extra bedroom and view on mountains. Breakfast was delicious, although we spotted a little mistake with food, reported it to the kitchen staff and were given a free bottle of prosecco in apologise :) So after all, we were very satisfied.
