Breakfast was very good, many different things. And the staff was very quick with refilling everything. The view from the rooms in the upper floor are amazing.

The toilet, which was in a separate room, constantly smelled unpleasant. At breakfast there was nothing for hot meat dishes like an omelette, only boiled eggs.

Self check-in and code for doors instead of keys are very convenient. It was a clean room with a comfortable bed and beautiful views. There is a wardrobe, a small table, chairs, an armchair, a table lamp, sockets by the bed, a sink, a mirror, a trash can, a shower stall with curtains. Lots of selection of breakfast meats, muesli, juices, coffee, etc. The dinner we ordered at the restaurant was also very tasty and filling. And also you can pay with a visa card there.

Very beautiful and silent nature hideout between mountains and beautiful nature. The staff in the hotel / restaurant are very kind and caring, offering original czech food and drinks. We very much liked the place for a weekend stay! King room was modern, very clean and comfy.

I understand there is a charge for the sauna but I would have preferred to know at the booking point. There is another restaurant and normally a bit more life in the hotel, but being winter we were almost alone there and most of these amenities were closed, which is understandable. I guess my expectations are different coming from a mountain place where tourism is high season in winter. I was surprised that people don't travel to the mountains in winter. Not their fault at all, but is worth knowing if you thinking of going to this area. Tourist information centres were closed, and many restaurants in the area were closed.

Love the location, we were traveling to go for a hike and the hotel is right on the hike path. I loved the restaurant, the food, and the fire stove, perfect when coming back from a hike with snow and having a garlic soup next to the fire when coming back

Passcodes. Key would be better. On arrival, in the booking details wasn’t clear which house is ours, when arriving late, could be an issue.

Breakfast is ok. Room is good size for a big group of friends or family. Location is great.. with the river downhill

They sent me over 6 messages after I had booked - this was initially perplexing, then confusing and in the end irritating, as most of the messages were "repeats" or had the same information i n different formats. They need to rationalize the email traffic down to 1 message with minimum text

It's small things, but on booking our room was indicated as Mountain View, but view was on the street to the other buildings; no shampoo in the bathroom.

Very nice location. There are many trails to nice places starting just near the hotel, also bus station is nearby as well. Wifi is good and room is very clean. Breakfast with meat, eggs, fruits and fresh bakery.

The only thing I would " complain" about the location is that rooms are not very much soundproof = you can hear easily what when someone is loud in other rooms, as well as from air-conditioning (even we switched it off in the night) - one can still hear some noises. Also due to fact that rooms are new and renovated, however in the old building, you need to climb steep stairs to get on the upper floor.

We have spent just one night during out trip thru "Czech Switzerland". Great location, just in the middle of the national park. We had our room in building B - just 50m from the main building. Room was nice, clean, comfortable, enough space for 2 with the dog. Each room has its own fridge outside on the corridor. Breakfast is served in the main building and is very OK, good choice, some fresh fruits... and you can eat it outside with beautiful view. However the thing we appreciated the most - was the smal and simple fact - service prepared our room leaving air-conditioning switched on, therefore when we came back from "hot" trip in the rocks (it was 35C that day) - we could cool ourselves in room where we had 22C :) it was great, thank you :)

It is very noisy. It had only one tiny window in the bedroom which is a shame because the area is so gorgeous. Tall people won't fit in the shower. I had some issues getting the water beam right. The bathroom rug is super comfy and soft but slippery, almost fell. We spent a long time trying to open the door: we did have the code, but we didn't know how the device worked (what to press before and after?). Later I saw that the instructions were on the front door, we just hadn't seen that because someone held the door open for us. The restaurant did not have very good vegetarian options, it really lacked veggies, and at breakfast there almost weren't any tables available and the breakfast itself was also quite limited (especially as a vegetarian). Especially the bread is different from what we're used to. The staff seemed to be uncomfortable with non-Czech interactions and so it felt a bit awkward when in the restaurant area.

Beautiful location, great starting point for hikes (if the routes are open). The room feels spacious and has a fresh design. Restaurant in neighboring building. Receptionless check-in (pin code is sent to you) and out. I think the value for money is reasonable.

The size of the rooms could be a bit bigger. Our apartment was made for 5-6 people but there were not enough cabinets and hooks, hangers. After a long hike, we needed to dry clothes and more space to store bags and baggage for 5 people.

The breakfast was good, they filled up the table with food and drinks frequently. The restaurant is cozy, with nice paintings on the wall and the ceiling. The location is beautiful, easy to start your hikes, and many routes are available. The host (Alfred?) was very friendly with us, people like him. Other staff were also very kind. The dinners were delicious, we had dinner here every day.

The restaurant can improve the vegetarian/ vegan menu. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about.

I have been staying twice in Resort Mezna. Location is perfect for spending time alone, with friends or family with kids. It was really clean, place is very well maintained. We had a separate fridge, wifi, air conditioner, possibly to make tea/ coffee in the room and a TV. Staff is kind and professional.

Very clean and new room even in the village, breakfast included since it's not easy to find shops here, good for a hiking start point and free parking
