The hotel list air conditioning as a facility but its only available on the 3rd floor. We arrived on a 30c day and our room was so hot. Reception was kind enough to provide a fan, and we could open the windows, but it was still very hot.

Great location with lots of local eateries near by. A 20-30 min walk will take you to most attractions, or a tram will be quicker. Very close to the river and a few mini markets. The hotel is a traditional 70's style hotel that has lots of character. But I think the carpet is also from the 70's. The room and bathroom is larger enough but old and a little grubby. Beds comfortable and the windows are double glazed to reduce street noise, although it was pretty quiet anyway.

Mostly clean however some areas in the room clearly missed, alot of dust in the corners of the room, building works next door which didn’t affect us too much, however construction noise which was early in the morning and wasn’t made aware of before arriving at the hotel. Only one small pillow each, would be nice to have the option of two.

There were sky lights in the room so in the morning, a lot of sun came in so we found it difficult to sleep in.

The bed creaked. It made a noise. We had reserved for a double bed. However, they gave us two separate single beds. Old town was 20-30 minutes walk away. There were no guest slippers in the room.

It is close to Vltava river. Very relaxing and quiet environment. Reception was friendly, room was very clean. Water was hot in bathroom, room was warm. We slept well.

Sound insulation is bad. First night was a nightmare to us. Upper floor jumping in the midnight and it was so loud to woke us up.

Location is convenice. Short walking distance to tram, metro station, and malls.

Apart was great and clean, it was cosy, enough furniture, location is good for me (Prague need to explore on foot), near at the hotel there is midnight Tesco (that is good), close to the river Vltava. If I visit Prague again, this place will be my first option again.

The room was much bigger than we were expecting The bed was very comfortable, and was quiet enough outside at night to sleep with the windows open. Great location, not too far from attractions and a few nice restaurants around. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful, the self check in after hours was handy and very easy. Would definitely stay again if in Prague.

I really wish they could have given me better pillows, and better shampoo.

The staff is so friendly , and the locations is not such a bad place, honestly once you get used to the area, you can really move around Prague from anywhere you want. I mean you can walk everywhere, but if you buy a transportation pass then you can get to everywhere quick.

The mattresses suck, I wouldn't ever want to live here long term. Too old and wore down. Also in these older buildings, you can easily hear footsteps of guests a floor above.

Despite four stars, it is not exactly that shiny and well functioning. Partially broken toilet button (not saving water), old mattresses, leaking showerhead at room 14. I was happy for the price but don't expect top quality just because of the hotels stars. Anyway if you pay a lower price like me, I can only recommend.

Breakfast was not available, although there was a nice bar just a few minutes walking distance from the hotel. A few days before our arrival we've been asked to deposit 50 Euros on a paypal account (which we didn't). Didn't really understood why we've been asked this. The price of the room maybe is a bit to high for the quality of the hotel

It was close to Halloween and a huge party was going on under the hotel, or next to it. It was like the concert is in the room. The receptionist lady was not so helpful when we had some questions about the parking etc.

Wifi was very bad in our room. Staff rearranged the furniture in our room after our first night it felt a little bit intrusive.
