Not family friendly as the advertisment stated. First its on a high hill which wasnt menitoned anywhere and with a buggy and luggage and elderly mum it wasnt easy to get there. Then lift did not fit my lift so i had to drag it to the second floor every time on the stairs.

We booked the upgraded room which was a one bed apartment, we could not believe our eyes how big this place was. Amazing views, very comfortable bed, beautiful big bathroom and very clean. Reception staff were amazing. 3 minutes walk to the centre.

The location was perfect, walking distance from the main avenue. The room was very big (it was an apartment) and the children (3) enjoyed a lot. The breakfast was also very good. And The staff very friendly.

Nothing at all. Just some tips. We had to use the only sink in the bathroom to fill the kettle. It would have been handy to have a sink in the kettle area but it certainly wasn't a problem. It would have been nice to have English-speaking TV option but we used our laptop for news and the wifi was superb so no problem.

Everything was in order. A nice well-run hotel. Beautiful building and dining room. Parking was easy. We had a spacious suite with bedroom and living room. The view was lovely of the promenade. Delicious breakfast, helpful staff. Comfortable bed and good shower. WIFI excellent. We stayed 3 nights and would return. Highly recommended.

I like that the property had its own parking and it was very clean and rooms were spacious . It’s located in the old town and away from the noise of the new town. Our stay was wonderful and we had a relaxing stay. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were outstanding! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. However, if you’re looking for a spa or sauna it doesn’t have those amenities but it’s close (walking distance) to the colonnades and to the city center.

The only disadvantage of the beautiful view of the hotel is having to walk up the big stairs or up the hill all the time when you don’t have a car. the hotel is clean, the room spacious, the breakfast is very nice and the price is very good. At the end is worth it.

The view of the city from the hotel window is beautiful even if you don’t have a balcony. the location is great

Very nice location. Just a few minutes walk to the city center. We had fantastic look at our hotel number. Car parking near the hotel is very useful. Breakfast was quite fine. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Will come back with pleasure.

I love the customer service primarily. The staff are very helpful and efficient. They are very responsive to our needs and would even go an extra mile to accommodate us. Lenka was always when we asked where to go and how to get around, with all smiles. The room is very clean and the breakfast is a great value for our money.

One of the very best hotels we have ever stayed at. Everything so stylish and elegant and a service level beyond expectation. Wonderful rooms, fabulous breakfasts, excellent wifi and safe parking. Will never forget the kindness and friendliness, help from Andrea and Vaclav. We will be back!

The hotel needs to give much better directions for how to find the hotel. Because of current roadworks , new barriers , more pedestrian ways , satnav is useless. Study Google map in detail….. find the street Moskevska ….. then the address of the hotel and follow that We wasted more than an hour and found it very frustrating.

This review has been hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

Our towels weren't replaced, there's no microwave to reheat takeout food, the soap dispenser was never filled, the bed are very firm.

This is my third time staying here. It was definitely the "worst" out of the three, since our bathroom was never given soap and our towels were never replaced, but it was still a solid stay. The breakfast was solid and the rooms are gigantic for the price. You also can't beat the convient location
