It would be nitpicking to suggest areas for improvement. This hotel was everything we could ask for, at a remarkable price.

SUPERB breakfast buffet in a very attractive room! Room, while not large, was not cramped: plenty of space for luggage, kept immaculately clean by hotel, etc.. Location was not in town core, but was only minutes away, and was easily reached from multiple angles, through public transit. And an INCREDIBLE staff who were always informative. A special thanks to Tatav, Dominika and Jiri!

The room had clean and comfy beds. Concierge was helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast is tasty with a good spread. The hotel is close to tram lines that take you to Old Town/Stare Mesto/Prague Castle etc. This is a great option for anyone visiting Prague.

Couldn't get much in the way of English speaking channels outside of world news. Not close to a Laundromat.

Breakfast was excellent and included in our room price. The location wasn't really central but a 20 minute walk will get you to the old town. Our room was small so I recommend not taking a large suitcase. The shower was excellent. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and nice bathroom products.

The location of the hotel was in easy access to public transport and a short walk to the city centre. Our room was clean and comfortable. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful in particular the young lady who was on reception during our stay. Breakfast was excellent. There was a good selection of food and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an early flight and they provided us with food for our travel. This was our second stay at the hotel in and we will be staying there again on our next visit to Prague.

Because of the heat wave it took one night getting used to the A/C noises. They have earplugs for such occasions.

The hotel clerk wearing glasses was very nice. I got a nice room with a view of Petrin Tower, was very pleased with the comfortable bed and view. Room had a coffee pod machine and good quality TV.

The rooms do not have a safe but there are deposit boxes at reception. We only found out by asking. These work quite well but you end up having to keep a key safe while out and about. I would have preferred a combination safe.

Location. It may seem to be at the wrong end of town but if you want easy access to the river front - and all that happens there - it's perfect. The Metro station is very close so access to the rest of Prague is easy too. Having said that we never used the Metro, a walk to the old part of Prague took us about 20 minutes but they were a very pleasant 20 minutes along the river side.

We noticed a bit of background noise on the first night (it might have partly been the aircon or other machinery) but by the second and subsequent nights we had totally stopped noticing it. There was a slight blue glow in the room at night (due to a blue LED in the bathroom light switch) but it did mean that you could always see the way to the toilet at night.

They must have a very good chef in the kitchen as the breakfast selection was one of the best I have seen, certainly at this price in a European hotel. The scrambled egg was done to perfection. The day to day variations in menu were imaginative, such as one day there were salmon slices on little corners of bread. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bathroom had a real bath in it (as well as a shower over it) so I could soak my tired feet in a bath after a day exploring the city on foot.

The wi-fi was not always working, disconnected rather often. The windows of our room overlooked the street, it gets quite busy from the early morning, so rather noisy if you're used to sleeping with an open window.

The hotel is very well located, with a lot of shops and places of interest around. On the other hand, not too crowded. The room was quite spacious, excellent breakfast.

The bath towels were small.

Really spacious, clean and comfortable room. Air-con and fridge were useful. Excellent choice of food at breakfast. Gluten free bread available. Friendly and helpful staff. Room cleaned every day. Quiet location but within walking distance of attractions and transport links.
