No plug in wash basin. Breakfast started at 8 am, but by this time it was very crowded. No free tables inside and long queues for the buffet.

Typical Czech mountain hotel. Paper thin walls. Cheap beds. Cheap food. Unprofessional staff. Picture eating dinner in a beautiful, old world mountain dining room as rap plays on one speaker, pop music blares from a different radio, and an indifferent uncaring staff pretend you don't exist.

The restaurant is quite small for all the guests so some people had to wait during the supper time to get a table. No shower gel in the room but we had our own so that was ok.

Breakfast and supper were fantastic. Food in the evening was amazing. Prices are a bit higher but that is expected given the region. Room was basic but very clean and comfy.

None of the staff oversees the quiet at the night time, so if you're unlucky with asocial neighbors, you won't get much sleep, as the walls and ceilings do not isolate the noises well. The carpet in our room desperately needs to be cleaned. The ladder for towels in the bathroom hadn't seen cleaning either in very long time. Breakfast could start a little earlier than 8:00 for tourists who want to go on a whole-day trip early in the morning.

The hotel looks old but inside is nicely renovated incl. an elevator(!) Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. There is very good and rich breakfast incl. homemade deserts and sweets. But the absolute top are the dinners - the chef is the real master. If nothing else, the cuisine of this hotel was worth of stay. If you go around, be sure to stop for a lunch or dinner, you won't regret. The parking is easy and free of charge in front of a property.

I don't understand why Booking doesn't simply display the room price in the local currency (also) as this is the currency one has to pay in. Because of the used exchange rate on the particular day, the actual price one pays is never the price displayed in Booking. This time it was about 3% more, which of course is not a problem. But it could be avoided. I am aware that you can choose the local currency for some regions. This is however limited to EUR, GBP and USD.

We had been there before so we knew what to expect. We got the same room as the last time. It doesn't have the mountain view as in the description but it has a roof window that enabled us to see the billions of stars at night. Magnificent! We again enjoyed the beer and the food they serve. The breakfast is also great!

The aircondition in restaurant could be better, but it was nothing terrible..

Family cozy hotel. Positive feeling from breakfast - especially thanks to normal size of plates and glass 👍🏼 not hotel mini size as you can usually see.

The location, size of the room, view from the room, staff behaviours, and mostly the food quality and taste was amazing, the portion served highly sufficient for one person in reasonable price. They have parking available in front of the hotel. Highly recommended. Last not the least they have an old vintage category lift, which will gives you time shift vibe.
