The location is perfect in Malostranska with trams right at the front door and a quick, easy walk to the Charles Bridge. Access is easy and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

The only thing we wished for was a couple armchairs. The couch provided was a little challenging for seniors- too low, no arms. That could have been remedied by asking ahead but it wasn't a big deal to us.

Location. Location. Location. Trams right cross the street, Great view overlooking the St Nicholas cathedral, castle hill and the square, Good restaurants alongside the square. Easily walkable to old town, Quiet, Lots of light, Elevator. Friendly, responsive and informative staff. Every one of them was knowledgeable and courteous. Made us feel welcome. Large apartment with refrigerator, stovetop, coffeemaker, etc. Comfortable firm bed. Washing machine. Jacuzzi! (Feels good after a long day of sightseeing)

The penthouse is incredible. It has a little private rooftop terrace with 360 views around the city. Unbelievable at sunrise and sunset.

It’s a best location as it’s close to many convenient places and lots of things to do around there. The place is next to Charles bridge with many tourists but it’s very quiet and safe. We would stay here again for sure and would recommend to friends and families!

Our penthouse apartment had the most amazing views of the city! It was also in an extremely convenient part of town.

Since it is a old building renovated into a rooming facility, it was inevitable, but getting in and out through dark corridor and a tiny elevator (good for 3 persons) was uncomfortable.

Superb location near Karlos Bridge, Prague Castle and St. Nicholas church and the old town. Room was spacious, equipped with a small kitchen (all kinds of cooking utensils and dish washer).

Main room in 202 (see pic) needs a curtain over the French doors. Reception advised they would look into it Shower head needs a clean 🙄 otherwise super clean. Bathroom would benefit from a curtain across door for privacy - looks like there used to be one.

The street noise can be loud with the windows open, however they provided complimentary earplugs in the room.

Excellent location to main attractions, restaurants and public transportation. The studio was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We couldn't have asked for anything more.

The apartment was perfect for a family of 6 adults. It was spacious, with a full kitchen, dining room table and living room. It was located within walking distance to all attractions and the tram (for those who didn't want to walk). The staff arranged for airport transportation, provided excellent restaurant recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed.

Firstly the staff is superb. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Suite had everything we needed and they even gave us free upgrade which is massively appreciated. Location is fab and accessible to anything you need for a short or long stay. Our room had a view that was mesmerising. 100% recommend this property and would ❤️ to come back again. Already bumped it in my friends’ stay list :)

There could have been a little more attention paid to cleanliness (we found some ants wandering the lounge) but nothing that really got in our way

We had the penthouse apartment as a treat for 1 night, and the views from both the bedrooms and the terrace are unsurpassable!

The apartment was lovely, spacious and bright. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Staff was wonderful and helpful. The apartment was in a fantastic location. Right across from the tram stop, and the St. Nicholas Bell Tower. It was a short, easy walk to Charles Bridge. Many good restaurants around. We had a great stay!
