Firstly the staff is superb. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Suite had everything we needed and they even gave us free upgrade which is massively appreciated. Location is fab and accessible to anything you need for a short or long stay. Our room had a view that was mesmerising. 100% recommend this property and would ❤️ to come back again. Already bumped it in my friends’ stay list :)

The apartment was lovely, spacious and bright. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Staff was wonderful and helpful. The apartment was in a fantastic location. Right across from the tram stop, and the St. Nicholas Bell Tower. It was a short, easy walk to Charles Bridge. Many good restaurants around. We had a great stay!

Fantastic location one block from the bridge yet still quiet in the room. Room was well equipped and the architecture is fantastic. Tasteful mural on the bedroom wall and nice tall ceilings. Connected tv kept the kiddo happy and newly renovated large bathrooms were perfect. AC in both rooms worked great. The staff was extremely polite and helpful checking in and walking outside to make sure our parking area was ok.

Everything from communication beforehand to checking out was perfect. Walking distance to the prague castle, Charles bridge and public transportation to your door. The Appartement is large, very cozy, extremely clean and with all the amenities including air conditioning. Our stay was 5 stars. Thank you.

Excellent location. Tram and buses at doorstep. Use the PID Litacka app for public transport, very easy to use and navigate. Grocery Bio Supermarket within 3 minutes walking. Double glazed windows to quieten the hustle of the Square. Room with view facing Prague Castle. Excellent bed, kitchen appliances sufficient to make own meals. Must go to fresh fruits, vegetables and bakery market every Thursday. Enjoy your daily walks at Waldstein Gardens. Most importantly, huge appreciation to the staff for their graciousness and hospitality. Thank you for looking after us. We will definitely be back.

Two bedroom apartment, fully equipped, very clean. The location is great, very close to Charles Bridge. Starbucks just across the street so you can have your morning coffee there. As for breakfast, many great places nearby. Highly recommended.

Only peculiarity was the location of the bath tub in the second bedroom, and a very dim light in the toilet. But tiny things in a wonderful apartment.

The location is outstanding: beautiful view of church and square, minutes from both castle and Charles Bridge. In a lively area with multiple trams stopping outside, but the excellent soundproofing meant the flat was really quiet. The staff of the Residence were simply superb, going out of their way to help us when we were ill with food poisoning, and stretching arrival and departure times to give us the maximum time to rest. They solved every small problem - though there were very few, as the apartment was well appointed, good air conditioning, large and comfortable beds.

No extra amenities included such as coffee, water, fruit. You get two pods for coffee and have to have for more. Only one type of tea (a fruit tea). It gets bright when the sun comes up as no black-out curtains/shades. They has an air freshener placed in the bathroom which was very strong so it went throughout the apartment. It gave me a headache and stuffy nose so I would put it in a drawer while there and place it back when we’d leave as I was worried they were going to notice it gone and place another. I noticed the bathroom then got a musty/moldy smell so I’m sure that’s why it was in there. They need to use something not so fragrant. The tv didn’t work while there for three days. It uses Roku and showed it couldn’t connect to the internet. I forgot to say something as we’d always be in a hurry to get somewhere.

The location is excellent as it’s just around the corner for the main bridge and 10-15 minute walk to Prague Castle. Trams stop right out front. It has a lift so we couldn’t easily get up to our floor. Our apartment was huge and beautiful. Full kitchen including stove, oven, plates, coffee maker, hot water kettle, etc. Housekeeper cleans very well, even the dishes which I didn’t expect.
