Our suite was lovely, but would have been even better with nicer soft furnishings and a lighter paint colour in kitchen area. Thicker, softer towels would also have been nice.

We had a nice family suite with lots of space. The windows faced the very quiet inner courtyard, which is basically a park. Breakfast is fantastic and offers anything one could think of. The old town is only a 5 minute walk away, the train station a 10 min walk. There is a neat little gym on the second floor for working out. Other than that we appreciated the life piano music in the restaurant and garden areas. It is a very special place!

Unfortunate and unrelated street construction occurring on the street in front. The ambience in the hotel and garden made up for this. Just bad timing for us.

We did not take advantage of breakfast but we enjoyed lunch and cocktails 2x in the beautiful garden, as well as room service on 3 occasions. Staff are exceptional - from check in to check out. The heated bathroom floor and in room kitchenette were nice touches.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. We stayed 6 nights at the family suite, both us and our 2 kids we all loved it. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and professional, the location is perfect (Prague is a very walkable city). The breakfast is amazing AND I highly recommend having a drink, lunch or dinner at the garden restaurant (Le Grill), we had lunch there twice, our waiter was Tarlan and he's probably the best service man / waiter ever served us. Top notch person and a proffesional, and yes the food is amazing of course. Long story short if you’re planning a trip to Prague whether as a couple or a family, don’t hesitate to book The Grand Mark.

The hotel is part of the "Leading Hotels of the World" group (www.lhw.com) and after a 3 night stay, it is easy to see why. Our room (214) was excellent in every way, from a large comfortable bed to a spacious living area, kitchenette and large bathroom. The breakfast was superb and we dined in the hotel on our last night with friends, and found the restaurant to be outstanding. The restaurant extends into a lovely enclosed garden area, with tables outside. The spa facilities were also excellent.

The restaurant with the garden very beautiful. The service at the restaurant was unbelivable good, Tarlan (the waiter) very nice, discreet and profesional! The bell boy and the car parking service, Bilel was very nice, punctual and friendly! I guess this two guys deserve to work in this beautiful place!

Our suite was spacious and very comfortable. Great location, lovely garden with peacocks roaming around. The staff were excellent, especially Bilel the doorman who went above and beyond the call of duty for us - what a star he is!
