Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech RepublicWe found the walls very thin. We could hear absolutely everything from the rooms next door an opposite. Lucky for us, we came back to the hotel very tired on both occasions - so despite the noise we managed to get a good night sleep.
We chose this hotel based on the photos of the hotel/rooms and breakfast room. This hotel definitely did not disappoint! The breakfast was fantastic...probably the best we've tried in this price range in any Czech hotel.

The hotel was nice, from the outside it is lovely, the equiment in the rooms is a lil bit older, not like shabby, but it´s not modern. The hotel restaurant is delicious and so is the breakfast.

LatviaImagine, it is 32 degrees outside, and after a long trip you finally come into your room, AND ITS STILL 32 DEGREES INSIDE. And there wasn’t even a fan and they couldn’t find a solution for us.
It was a very nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. 24/7 access to the gym was very convenient.
