The staff at the left luggage sent me on a merry go round looking for a counter to leave my luggage. Returned to chk with the skinny guy . Told me one floor down. I told him all the doors at every level r locked, a fat guy appeared n gave me a card to access. Again not the place. Went back to the counter . This time the skinny guy unhappily took my luggage n put it in the room next to his counter .

There was not someone on reception all the time, so you do have to go a few yards down the road to the apartments where there was someone there to help. We had tea and coffee in our rooms, but not black english breakfast tea. So, if like me that is what you want, do take some with you.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space. Excellent position for sightseeing. Staff were very helpful

So I really like the big window and its view, and the carpet floor. The bed is comfortable and toilet is clean. But it’s noisy at night because there are many clubs on the Main Street, also the Wi-Fi is not functional at the time.

The room and property was very nice and very furnished. It was right in the centre near lots of dining options and about 2 min walk to trams, buses and a train station. I had a nice view overlooking the square which was a bonus.

Beware of noise from nearby Duplex, rooftop dancing ground, from 10:00 pm till 4:00 am.

Having to move from one hotel to the neighbouring one for breakfast was a slight inconvenience but nothing to mark down for. Main feedback is that the room had a lovely great big bed, but was fitted with two smaller single duvet covers, as a solo traveler I’d been looking forward to having a big bed to myself and even if I had been travelling with my partner I would have still liked the duvet to match the mattress size. Also it would have been nice to have had a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival.

Location was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a nice size and was lovely and clean. The shower was great. The view from the window was also fantastic.

There was a very serious safety concern in our room on the fourth floor. The large windows could be opened fully and were of a size that a child could easily fall out. In our room the window lock was broken and the window could not shut properly, so the window was always slightly open, meaning even the wind could open it fully.

Staff were helpful and the room was a good size. Convenient location for the city center, public transport and main station.

The stupid sign put very poorly that kind of pointed us to another building that didn’t even carry the name of the hotel. In that “other” hotel they told us they were fully booked
