We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The lovely breakfast each morning was a delightful start to our day, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The very friendly staff made us feel right at home, always ready to assist with a smile. Additionally, the perfect central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city, with major attractions just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Fantastic location, very comfortable and with a competent and very dedicated staff. It was a nice walk from the parking to the hotel where you really get the feeling of this amazing an fine old city.

Although not the fault of the hotel, the large asian group were very loud both near our room as well as the breakfast area.

Most things were very nice and very acceptable. Staff was great. Unique room with sky lights was great.

Both buildings are full of stairs. I feel like this could be advertised a little better? Also the pillows were AWFUL. It’s like sleeping on a piece of paper. Other than that, the rooms are showing a little wear and tear but that didn’t bother us as it was immaculately clean and we loved the location.

This is a charming little hotel right in the center of town. Although the rooms were small, they were very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. There is also a very nice restaurant on the property.

Position of shower/bath tub is under a vaulted, slanted ceiling. Could not stand up straight in the shower.

Was at the top and the shower/bathtub was under an angled ceiling. If you’re 185 will feel a little tight when showering. There is no elevator however staff can bring luggage to the room.

Fantastic location, VERY clean, impeccable service by staff. The hotel offers a shuttle service from the parking and back so no concerns with big luggage (area restricted for cars so parking is before you enter the centre). Very easy to book parking. Breakfast was rich in very good flavours and choices. Amazing pillows from another world. Had window overlooking the main square. Spacious bathroom and room. Excellent toiletries.

Location is perfect. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Fantastic view from the balcony in the attic. It must be difficult for a tall person to shower in the attic. And someone finds the lack of an elevator inconvenient, but I also understand that nothing more can be built on a UNESCO protected site.

Both of them came with the fact that it is a charming historical building. 1) No elevator, which is not a big deal for backpackers like us, but could be a small issue for old people. 2) Our room is rebuilt from the attic, so the shower head is handheld. Not a big deal for us anyway. Love this place.

Location is great right in the square. The breakfast was much better than my expectations, considering it is not a big hotel. The buffet choices are a little fewer than big-chain hotels, but the quality of the food is excellent.
