Couldn’t figure out how to use the washing machine

The washing machine got looped so I had to extract my clothes with brute force!

To enter the apartment you need to open a gate with a key and you also need the key to exit. Having only one set of keys means having to always go out and come back together or be picked up because you are locked in the house! The other problem was that a few hours before check-in they told us that the washing machine was broken and that they would bring a new one the next day. It was done... but it wasn't installed, so we were without a washing machine for our entire stay.

Bright, spacious apartment with all the facilities required. Contact with owners was first class pre and during stay. Ideal location as just 5 minutes walk to most tourist attractions. Great little bars and cafes on the same street.

You need a key to get out the locked gate at the bottom of two flights of stairs, meaning your group needs to always stay together.

The flat was close to everything and comfortable. Kate was very welcoming and arranged our airport transfer, which was super helpful

The place is showing some age and needs an update, broken curtains, broken cupboards, ripped couch, mould in the shower which detracted from a roomy place that could have been outstanding.

Great location right in Old Town right next to the market and very quiet. Easy walking distance to all the sights.

under sink in bathroom was licked it was first disappointed and last was of customer service for checkout ,we had some issues misunderstood which was checkout at 10 am but we thought we deal for 13:30 so we weren’t ready for checkout and cleaner arrived around 11 was so surprised for us and after owner of property arrived so angry so rude talked to us was so disappointed for this attitude saw from people I wouldn’t go back this place is better talk to customer polite

No value for money! Very expensive but just no good! Shower was horrible: there was a mobile curtain that falls down all time and you wet the whole bathroom no matter what. The room is very small with no windows. To breathe you need to open the windows in the living room, so the house gets noisy. In 8 days there was no cleaning or change of towels. Gor such high price you expect better! Pictures in booking.com are misleading and that is no fair! Last I had No support when leaving the apartment. I stayed one hour going for and back to the reception that was empty. No one showed up for more then 2 hours, then I left because I had a plain to catch. I texted the number of the reception but they never replied. I have never experienced something like this!

The apartment is in the heart of Prague

It's a pain to access the property because there is an extra locked gate between the outside door and flat door. Good for security but a pain if you've forgotten something or need to let a friend out. Also, could use a bit more cleaning. Parts of the bathroom were dirty, no soap in bathroom dispenser, things are falling apart in bathroom and bedroom.

The location of the property is perfect. You can walk to everything and very close to Mustek metro. The living space is very nice with couches and open kitchen.

The only thing I could say is check out is how I would say another person would have to be with you so one person can unlock the gate then go back to the property to leave the keys on the table then come back down otherwise you would be locked in the building completely

The property photos on booking.com looks exactly like how it is in person and was very clean and spacious.The building is also very secure with 2 other locked doors/gates before even getting on the stairs to the apartment but the best part about this stay was the location as it’s located right in the city centre and old town and only a few minute walk from attractions such as the astronomical clock and the Charles bridge. The check in and out was also very easy, the property also has every appliance needed for a stay plus extras such as a dishwasher.
