Very friendlly, always eager to helf staff. Room is small, but in the end - I actualy didn't need larger one. It is a very clean place, comfortable bed, near shops, public transport stations. Regarding what you pay and what you get - very good value.

The windows in my room faced a nice courtyard, but there were blinds. Sometimes I wanted to get more sunlight in the room, so tulle with the curtains would be a perfect solution. Also, I forgot to ask before the arrival if there were any slippers. I used my own shampoo (as I usually do even if the hotel's one is present) - so no issues here. But except these small requests, everything was fine.

A convenient location, it is close to the tram stop. The neighbors were quiet during my stay. There is a beautiful small courtyard with a calming sound of the tiny water spring (or fountain). Also I would like to notice cleanliness in the room, as it is very important for the travelers like me. In addition, I was able to get my shirts washed and dried for the extra fee, which really saved me because the weather was hot an sunny during my visit of Prague. The owner Kim is a really pleasant person. He helped me a lot during my stay, and also advised me the bakeries and coffee shops nearby where I could have a breakfast.

We had no spatula at our kitchenette.

The cozy seating area of the Coffee House were perfect for sunny day's. The little apartment that we had were cute and totally enough for two people. We had big windows that let in the sun perfectly all in all a recommendation worthy stay.

Everything was great! Kim was super nice, the place is beautiful and the patio is very comfortable and inviting. Located right above a tram station. Great coffee and tea.

Water pressure in 3d floor could have been stronger.

Good location for connection anywhere in the ncity, few nice restaurants and park nearby. Room was spacious and clean, not much nice even though windows faced street.

Nothing! It was great

Clean and very good location! The bus station is right in front and both busses and tramways are going in either direction. Metro is also 2 stops from there and traveling to and from the airport was very easy. The price was also pretty good! Great staff and great facilities!

It was very cold outside, Prague winter isnt the best.

Room was more than enough for my stay. Very cozy and clean, I appreciate the high ceilings, bathroom has heated floors (which is amazing!!!) It is connected to a lovely little courtyard. Bus and trams are really close and very well connected to the city, and is also very walkable. Kim and his father are excellent hosts, super helpful and lovely and patient with everyone. I will be sure to visit Prague and stay with them again!

The site does not mention that single rooms don't have a kitchenette, so I expected to have one, and was a bit disappointed when it turned out that I don't. The site should be more specific.

A rare find of a lovely single room for a solo traveller! The location is very convenient, with public transport just outside the door, yet it is a quiet area. The house itself is clean and bright, rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated, there's a lovely courtyard garden. The host is really friendly and helpful.

Everything was amazing, the experience was pleasant, the staff was kind and answered our every question or need The room is small and comes with a kitchen and kitchen utensils. There is a magical common garden that is fun to be in Right outside the place there is easy access to public transportation that goes straight to the city center

The room was on a main road and there was a bit of traffic but nothing too serious since we were out of the room the entire day.
