The food was not good. The same dishes during two weeks. The presentation of the dishes could be better. Cooking is also not at the level.

The staff is exceptional, the place is wonderful, the treatment is great.

There is one central reception for all the buildings and getting there requires a walk uphill with your luggage (unless you have a car or get taxi).

I stayed at Hotel Bristol during the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival and the location was very convenient for all the venues. The room was quite spacious and had all the equipment I needed. The hotel is a huge complex and besides breakfast I hardly ever met anyone, so there was a lot of privacy as well. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly.

only Czech channels on the tv, bad luck for non-speaking Czech No welcome water or water at all. No machines to buy water or snack, especially uncomfortable when you checked in after 10pm, when everything is closed in Karlovy Vary

it isn’t the fault of hotel, but there were a lot of guests who didn’t use a shower before sauna or pool, who also used water in sauna that was forbidden, also guests put their new born children into the pool.

There was some dirt around the corners of the room and in the toilet. the breakfast was not that great. There were only two coffee machines giving services to the guests of 5 hotels of Bristol group during breakfast. That means the coffee machines were always crowded and half of the time out of milk or coffee.

The location was really great. The Spa and swimming pool were also nice. Although during the reservation I was told that all the park places are already booked, the hotel staff managed to give me a parking place just in front of the hotel which was quiet comfortable.

Breakfast is no way a 4 star hotel value. The hotel sent me like 5 messages to confirm the booking and a parking spot, but none of them warned me that reception is located in another building

The breakfast was poor as it is a four-star hotel. Worst scrambled eggs I've ever had at a hotel for breakfast. Small selection of pastries - just plain rolls and bread. The juice from the vending machine tasted like it had been rinsed.

Perfect location, just a few steps from the spa promenade. Our room (it was an apartment) was very spacious with a lot of storage spaces. The entry into wellness area was unlimited, every time you enter the wellness area, you get a clean and dry towel. Great view from the breakfast room.

We were not allowed to drive in for 5 minutes to leave our luggage. We had to carry them 900 meters in the rain.?I've never seen anything like it! After 2 hours, all the hotel alleys were full of cars parked on the grass, curbs, everywhere! Hotel lobby personal very unfriendly!

We booked two rooms and both rooms’ bathrooms were leaking very badly. In one room we found a cloth garment under the bed. One room smelled cigarettes. You have to register on a different address then the hotel and it was really confusing

IT is actually six different 'hotel' buildings, all separate and in different locations, linked by a networkd of corridors, tunnels, elevators and walk ways. Buildings are some way from each other, and do not resemble the principle location image 'represented' in the advertising.

No reception, having to walk up a hill to get and řeturn key card. This hotel knows you will never come back so they do not care ať all. They škimp on everything to make a buck.

This hotel is shared with others in its Group. To many people in to small a space. People tripping over each other. Food was ať lowest level possible. Selection very Limited. Would not wish on my worest sněmy.

I go check in and hotel was close we have to walk to Bristol place for check in maybe 100 stairs with suitcase just killed me ,very old bed and room . Dirty pool and cold . Sauna was warm even not hot . Hotel like a labyrinth restaurant in another hotel, pool in another , my room was in another . Breakfast was not bad , I can say only positive thing about it . Unfriendly reception employees which doesn’t speak English , yeah you hear me correct reception workers doesn’t speak English , she try to talk to me Russian !!!!

they are a group of a few hotels, connected together a bad way, moving between them to get to the Restaurant, pa king or other services is complicated and a waste of time!! Room was clean and big, but so old furniture and very noisy bed! i believe it's overpriced.
