The bath and shower apparatus is a little quirky and can give the floor a good soaking.

The location is a little bit wierd, the hotel is not so new, and beds were too soft for us.

The breakfast was great even if it was a preordered one. You have to choose on the evening what you would like for next breakfast, but the food was delicious.

I did not like the bathroom in my room (room n.1), it is quite old, needs to be renovated but apart from this point, which I am sure they can take care of in the future, the hotel was great and comfy. It is 25 minutes walk from the city center, and 3-4 bus stops. I will reccomend it

Breakfast and staff was great. Even if for breakfast you don't have a buffet, a choice is provide the evening before and the food is prepared by a nice lady and it was really good, we really appreciated the care she had in preparing our breakfast more than having the large choice that huge hotels normally give you with large buffet (but with poor quality). The room I had was clean and renewed, comfortable. also vey large.

You have to pay attention to the check -in time as they charge if you don't get there before 19:00. It was not my case but it is important to keep It in mind.

The staff is very friendly. The room had anything I could need and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was also good. It IS around 15 minutes from the city centre and 30 minutes from both the train and bus station.

The parking was very confusing. There is a cross painted on the parking space, which is universal for 'do not park', so I thought I should park one space to the right. My car was towed - no warning given and no message from the police as to where my car had disappeared to. My medication was in the car. It was all very stressful and expensive!! Be careful, all the instructions for parking are written in Czech on signposts. Best to take a photograph of where you have parked and show it to the staff in the hotel. It's perhaps best to travel by train and taxi. Taxis are cheap and friendly; it wouldn't even be 5€ from the train station.

The hotel was amazing value for money. It's actually not so far to the centre (10 to 15 minutes walk, straight along a road, so really easy). Such friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Clean and with excellent facilities.

It was a hot day when we stayed and unfortunately, the road outside was very noisy with the window open (but there was a fan in the room). As others have said, to have a shower you use the shower head in the bath and there's no shower curtain, so you have to be careful not to soak the bathroom.

Friendly staff. Tasty and big breakfast, with a very cheerful lady preparing it. Room was large and location was pretty good: not in the old town but not far away. Lots of thoughtful touches in the room, like board games and guide leaflets.

I didn't like that the bath had a bathtub and it looked a little bit old and rusty.

The room was very big and comfortable. The hotel was located very close to the city and also to the train station. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty although they do not offer a lot of options.

The Hotel is quite a distance from the railway station, so it is advisable to take public transport. Catch the Nos. 5, 10 or 53 bus (direction Rozhov or Naves) from the stop across from the station exit, four stops to Poliklinka Jih, then cross the road and you are on Malice Skojske street. Fares are only 20 CZK.

My room was large, exceptionally clean, with a kettle and a mini-bar. Breakfast was included, and was available from 7:30. The scrambled eggs were fantastic. All-round the staff were friendly and helpful, bringing coffee up to your room and accommodating requests for an early breakfast. The walk into town takes less than 10 minutes, but you can take the bus from the stop just around the corner.

At the time of booking all double bed rooms were already booked, so only two bed rooms were available. We would prefer double bed room.

Breakfast was good, although choosing from "the menu" of three type of egg choice one day in advance in somewhat odd. Room is comfortable, beds are a little too soft. There is a bathtub instead of shower cabin in the bathroom, which is not the best option.

An outstandingly good hotel. Rooms are stylishly furnished, the bed very comfortable, while the excellently presented breakfast, complete with a different home-made Czech pastry each day, is included in the bill. Try the freshly prepared waffles with fruit, yogurt and ginger syrup, or the sunny side up eggs with bacon and radish salad. But what stands out is the friendly attentiveness of the staff to the guests' needs. It was also outstanding value for money. I give the Hotel Amadeus top marks.

The Hotel was really nice, clean, not far from the center. The employees are motivated and try to help where necessary. Next to the Hotel is a delicious street food restaurant.

No free and easy parking near the hotel, but toll parking a bit further, in the street. The hotel is not located near the center. You have to walk about 10 minutes to the main square.

Only downside, bathroom was with a bath tub but it had no curtain or shower wall, so you had to be careful not to floor the bathrrom

The desig of the bath/shower is a bit weird. The washroom has a bathtub with shower head, but there is no door or shower curtain installed to prevent water from spilling out. So if the guest does not want to take a bath, will have to sit in the bathtub to prevent water from spilling while taking shower.

The room seems to be renovated not long ago. All furnitures are new. The bed is super comfortable. The room is nice and large with some additional toys for kids. The hotel staffs are very thoughtful and put little notes everywhere. The breakfast is amazing.
