Periodical unpleasant smell in the toilet and shower room which is still of a good size and well equipped.

Not a luxurious but very reasonable accommodation, 100 meters away from the Marlita (Potami) beach, quality of which, in our personal opinion, is rather questionable. Well equipped, clean, very good mattresses and bed linen, excellent air conditioning in all three rooms (last September was very hot). We found it convenient to be offered a 10 percent discount for the apartments’ guests in the restaurant which was just next to the “Wake up…”. Those who are interested should keep in mind that all three apartments are located on the first and second floor, accessible by a rather sloppy staircase. Responsible, responsive and friendly host.

Neighborhood is quite lively in July and August so it can get noisy at night. We were there is September, it was rather quiet.

Super clean/ fully equipped/ amazing terrace with a view/ perfect location near the beach and shops and restaurants/ and most of all amazing host Stathis who has a full attention to details 🙏🏻

The host was extremely accommodating, contacted us via email with all the information, and even called before our arrival to make sure we received it. The place was spotlessly clean, nice decor, the veranda was lovely, best view ever. We are definitely returning

A bit noisy during the weekend

Very nice practical location close to beaches and to shops and restaurants. Very easy was to use public trasport and pick up for trips Very nice terrace and modern and elegant and comfortable as well.

The location is fantastic. Private parking available. Pharmacy shops restaurants and a nice family-friendly beach is a minute walking. The host was fantastic, very welcoming, and the best service in protaras. Fast response and very helpful

There is on site parking but it is very narrow so be respectful of other guests. It is located on a very noisy street, so be prepared for noise throughout the day fron pool parties, people etc. Although the flat does have noise cancelling patio doors, the noise still manages to come through albeit very diminished.

The property was lovely, spacious, and very clean. It had all amenities needed. The host was exceptional at communicating and assisting with every aspect of our stay, truly one of the best hosts we have ever encountered.

Super apartament! Modern, very clean, comfortable, well equipped. The beach is across the street. A spacious parking right by the apartment entrance. 10/10. The host Stathis was very engaged, personable, helpful, gave excellent recommendations. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. 15/10

We liked everything.

Location is very good, close to the beaches and promenade, so you can walk to any beach, food places. Super clean apartment. There was everything you can need. Fresh apartment. Two balconies, Seaview. Owner is very nice and helpful. We felt very welcomed and recommend this place to everyone.

The cigarette smell in the apartment was really bad and strong

Night Club/Venue across the street had an event Saturday night playing loud DJ music till late, didnt bother us but older guests may be upset Asked to purchase food/drinks in Blue Spice downstairs to be permitted to use pool area (which I was happy to do, but if we had been made aware of this would have been less embarrassing) No lock for bathroom door

Very close to the beach, nice walk along the front to the main Protaras area, Wine on arrival Nice bar/restaurant downstairs with a pool and loungers, shops and bars close Fabulous shower
