The hotel is superb and very well positioned on the beach (with some sunbeds included), near the port and close to the center. The rooms are spacious, bright and very clean. The hotel staff is extremely kind and they helped me prepare a surprise cake for my daughter. We felt very good during this stay. We will definitely be back!

Some of the food was a bit iffy. If you're allergic to nuts.please be wary as some of the food such as the cheese board was covered in walnuts

only one thing for us as surprise: in all inclusive was without nnormal botled water (extra money charge for water in bottle) with small child for us was necessary, but you can buy it in hotel or in near supermarket, so not so big problem

Second visit to Okeanos Hotel and will for sure come back again! Large variety of food selection served during breakfast and dinner (our choice). Amazing service with incredible staff, very polite and friendly, always there to help with anything. Very clean rooms and common areas, you constantly see staff members maintaining the property in one way or the other. 100% recommend to anyone visiting Ayia Napa.

Nearest hotel has the party on weekends(Friday, Saturday) and music is up till 2-3am however with closed windows it’s not that bothering.

Everything was on point! Hotel itself is quite small compared with the hotels near by and that is a huge plus because it didn’t get crowded. Location is nice you have a beach, harbour and city center (10 mins of walk) all at once. Hotel staff is just lovely, friendly and really caring 🥰

the a/c was noisy and we couldn’t control it. sometimes blew cool air and no way to control the strength of the fan. the neighbor hotel was noisy and couldn’t let the window open. if the climate worked well, there wasn’t any problem. windows are well insolated from noise

the location is the best in the area. direct access to the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. the shore was sandy and the sea is extremely clean. the stuff was more than kind, especially Mehmed/Mechmim who is a really nice guy and helpful. please tip him if you’re in the hotel ;) every one else was also kind. we extended our staying with a late check out and the receptionist was nice with it and it wasn’t too expensive. the food was also very good. all inclusive service is worth to have because the drinks and snack foods were really delicious. room was also comfortable and equipped with everything you need.

The food could be more versatile especially that the Mediterranean cuisine is one of a kind. The weather was windy but it is not the fault of the property.

The direct accesses to the beach, near the harbor, and the beautiful restaurants and nightlife of Cyprus. the location is perfect for anyone looking to explore the near and take in all that Ayia Napa has to offer. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed. i loved the modern decor and the attention to detail that the hotel put into every aspect of the guest experience. the pool area is also beautiful and provided a great place to relax and soak up the sun.

only a few things- one time at dinner I stood from my table to go get a piece of bread and when I returned my plate half full of food was gone, the waitress took it probably not realizing I wasn’t finished. Another thing- the staff don’t seem to be quite coordinated, a few times I was denied room service, they said I needed to come down to take what I need, while many other times it was fine.
