We paid extra for a sea view, however our room, 305, was in a recess to the other rooms so the ‘sea view’ was extremely limited, we didn’t complain as we were only there for a short stay and the recess did shelter us from the strong winds on the 1st day…I wouldn’t bother upgrading in future, all the the side sea view rooms have excellent views over Agia Napa bay…..

Location was perfect, right on the harbour and beach at Agia Napa. The staff were probably the happiest and most friendly staff I have known in a hotel. We were half board, the choice for breakfast and evening meal were excellent, every nationality was catered for and there was a large variety of hot and cold buffet choice. Room size was also excellent as was the bathroom with several free toiletries. Rooms appeared recently refurbished and spotlessly clean.

Room wasnt ready the first night, so ended in a room on the first floor with “city view”. Nevertheless, the room was still nice, the problem solved in the morning + the hotel offered free drinks and meal. So really, this was just a small hiccup.

We paid for a Seaview room but our view was obstructed by trees. We stayed in it for 1 night then our request to move to a higher floor was done. The next room had a nice view of the beach but was quite a lot smaller and a smoking room. Didn't like the narrow beach outside the hotel and the sea was rocky. The pool goes into the shade early afternoon so no where to sit in the sun. None of that is a fault of the hotel though which we thought was excellent

I was missing more healthy food supply at the breakfast, a shortfall in comparison with the competition. However, I understand there are so many different nationalities and needs to satisfy.

Very friendly and helpful staff both at Reception, Bar and Breakfast. It seems there is a good spirit in the team, led by the Restaurant Manager who is treating his colleagues with respect and a sense of humor.

The WiFi often cannot connect and if it does, it frequently disconnects. There are only about 12 beach chairs on the beach and they are not at the water, and mostly in the shade. About 2 rows of beach chairs that are for public use (these cost you) are in front of the hotel beach area, closer to the water.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The location couldn't have been better if you are looking for a hotel close to beach, restaurants and clubs/bars! The breakfast buffet is not huge, but has everything one needs.

I highly recommend this hotel to everybody, it is absolutely highest level! The staff is extremely friendly, they always serve all your needs immediately. Breakfast, lunch and dinner perfect, the best I have ever experienced. Wide range of quality food and always seafood also available! The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the pool facilities are perfect and direct view to the sea, only few steps away. We had a wonderful holiday, I would definetely come back to this hotel and honestly recommend to everybody!!!

The air conditioner in the gym did not work 😔

The hotel is amazing! The stuff are all welcomed and we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed at Okeanos for 3 nights, and chose the all inclusive option. It was very good, the food and drinks are great. The hotel is not so big so it’s always quiet and intimate. I would definitely be back!!

The breakfast doesn’t seem to me adapted to the quality / price offered by the hotel. and the quality of the restaurant (lunch/dinner) is acceptable! The beds (double) was in most of the hotels in Cyprus : 2 single beds. That’s not comfortable for a couple.
