One of the best places for vacation we have ever visited. We had some expectations, but this hotel was even better. Great room with beautiful view on the sea and beach. Absolutely lovely. Cleaning was done every day, cleaning ladies were very cute and friendly. Hotel staff (bar, restaurant, reception) were all friendly and lovely. Food was great, we had half-buffet (dinner and breakfast) and there was not a single day, when we were not satisfied. Every single meal was superb. The location of hotel is very good. Ayia Napa is known for young people coming for parties, but this hotel is located far enough from the busy party streets, so the nights are not loud at all! And don't worry, it's just few minutes walk to city center, busy streets with restaurants and shops. Beach in front of the hotel is very nice. Sea water is clear and simply beautiful.

Wi-fi in the room was rather slow and not functioning from time to time but it was not big problem for us.

Hotel is located near the white sandy beach with scattered small pebbles on the coastline. The room has air-conditioned and well isolated from outside and other noises. Swimming pool is open from 9:00-19:00, it is kept clean and good for chilling in the water. Hotel has around 10 sun loungers near the beach, which are free to use with no extra cost. You can easily walk either one side or the other along coast line right up to the Love Bridge or around 1h slow walk to Nissi Beach.

The gym is exhausted, everything is moldy and rusty. One large bed is made of two mattresses that were sliding apart constantly. The bed linen has not the best quality for a 4 stars. There was a trace of a shoe sole on the ceiling, apparently, someone killed a cockroach there.

Amazing location, sea view, breakfast was various and of a good quality. Staff is very friendly and polite. Room was nice.

Plastic cups for drinks by the pool, not allowed to order food and eat by the pool, had to sit at table. But nothing major.

Great location right on the beach with sun loungers on the sand, plus lovely pool area with same. Free parking, buffet breakfast was great and a la carte food was good too. Food a bit expensive but same everywhere in Ayia Napa. Good shower, comfey bed, nice balcony overlooking the sea. Separate towels provided for room and pool/beach. We were given a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival!

Maybe it was just our room, but there was no fan in the bathroom, so there was a lot of steam during the shower.

Stayed for a long weekend with 3 friends for a 40th Birthday, in two sea front rooms. Staff couldn't' have been more accommodating, friendly and helpful. Food was excellent quality. Drinks included in the all inclusive was extensive and same quality as if paid for in a restaurant. 30 second walk to the beach. Plenty of loungers round the pool. Food available all day. Safe & very Clean. Would defiantly return.

I did not find a fault.

I was pleasantly surprised by how modern, clean, and well located the hotel was. Also the staff was incredibly friendly. Food was good quality and also the drinks.

Price a bit on the higher side

Everything was great..hotel was at the beach…amazing sea view.. Check in any time late in the night.. Lots of options in breakfast, along with champagne… Supermarkets nearby… And less than 5 mins walk to the pubs / restaurants in Ayia Napa

Nothing actually. Some of the staff were a bit shy (the cleaning personal) but other than that I cannot think of anything we disliked.

Our stay at Okeanos beach hotel was wonderful in every way! Such a perfect size for a beach hotel - chic, fresh and with great facilities and a very tasty breakfast. This hotel is perfect for couples but also for families which made this a perfect choice for us :)

The only thing is the beach. The hotel is really situated on the beach but its part of the beach is very small (only 8-10 sunbeds for free) with the terrible sea entrance. It is just impossible to enter the sea there. Take it into account if you extremley need a "right at the beach" hotel. Taking 200 meters walk along the shore solves the problem getting you to the excellent part of the beach with ideal sea entrance.

Everything was great. Excellent small, modern, very charming and clean hotel at the great location. Sea view from our room was beautiful, the restaurant and staff fulfilled all expectations.
