The facilities are a bit old, it needs some upgrade

We did not stay at lordos beach because it was under construction work so they sent us to the golden bay which was very close by and belongs to the same group. The staff was amazing from the cleaning ladies to the reception. Food was also very good, a lot of variety and very fresh. Very nice for the kids since the private beach has a big sand box with shadow and with lots of toys so you can relax while you see the kids playing.

Cleaning staff skipped over our room for 2 days, there’s a hotel next to this one hosting very loud weddings (happened 4 nights out of 5 of our stay!) including fireworks!, woke up my baby at night.

Location is remote which is a plus only if you rent a car, public transportation is not available or accessible. Breakfast is great, dinner can be better - same food was served day after day, though there’s a big selection. The room was very clean in the beginning, and the clean is very thorough but the cleaning staff skipped over us for 2 days in a row. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, we loved our stay.

A little crowded at breakfast.

Nice atmosphere, in the bar area, Sauna and pool well managed and enjoyable. Really enjoyed the breakfast, although we hit it at peak time and struggled to find a table as it was cool and damp outside so most wanted to eat indoors. Only a short wait for an available table.

Since I was there at the end of the season, there are some things which spoiled my whole experience. Two days I had what I expected from the full board but after that the hotel started to shut down slowly. But I guess that's standard procedure. Heating off and coffee machine off were things that I didn't like. The rooms are not soundproof so if you want to enjoy the silence you might need hearing pads. It's a little away from the city center, so you need to travel to the city marina and urban events as well as historical points.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. The food is super delicious and arranged with taste. From the side sea rooms you can see romantic sunrises or sunsets. Front sea view is something you'll always remember. Stuff members are polite and professional. Restaurants with terrace or outside space are spots where you want to enjoy not just food, you have full summertime vibes experience. To sum up, my late getaway impressions are Elena masseuse from "Ether" spa, helpful and kind waiters/ses and super efficient maids. So, people. Well organised and trained team can make your staying really comfortable and pleasant. Facilities in the room are nice, bathroom meets the highest standards, beach is clean, sea is clear, you have everything to enjoy your vacation. Overall, I would like to be back and I highly recommend this place for the families and couples since there are so many contents I haven't mentioned since I was there as solo traveler. You will meet your expectations for sure.

Did not like the air conditioning as it wasn't strong enough. Even during our stay in November, the room feel very warm and stuffy. We have to open the balcony door to get some fresh cold air and had to kept it open all day and night while we there. (not a major problem but cannot imagine staying there during summer when the temperature will be much hotter)

Hotel was right next to beach and had shops and restaurants nearby in walking distance. Lovely lady at reception when we check in and we were given fresh lemonade arrival drink. Clean and comfortable hotel room. Personally found the bed very comfortable, as for my boyfriend the bed is a little short for him. We were given a nice little welcome note with a box of cyprus delight and 2x voucher to use in the spa in the hotel during our stay. Breakfast buffet at the hotel is nice with some variety of choices. We were able to extend to an hour extra for check out with the same lady at the reception without any extra fee.

The breakfast was tasty but cold and not replenished very fast. There were no clean tables. The beds were a bit uncomfortable (personal preference) and not very long.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room and hotel in general was very clean. We got a free upgrade which was lovely.

The bed was too short by about 6 inches for my husband , who is 5 feet 11 inches. Also I think some Christmas decorations would be nice, the welcome gift of Cyprus delights was OK but a bottle of wine and fruit would have been better. Thanks
