Everything started even before check in as I’ve arrived and opened the box where my key was supposed to be and such a surprise my key wasn’t there. After saying me via WhatsApp that they will need some time to warn the “care taker” and even after saying that I’ve been on a rush they didn’t check me in after half an hour (they finally gave me a code for an another room) and the care taker has never appeared. The curtains of this room were broken in response of what they said me that the “never coming care taker” will fix. Apart from that: - Awful smell in the rooms and in the bathroom - there are not toilet paper, shampoo or gel - The place is not very clean - Mismanagement - Located in a unsafe neighbourhood (I was afraid of going out during the night)

Good location if you have a car. if not, you will find it difficult to move within the city. As for the apartment, initially, it has a shared bathroom and kitchen. The front door was wide open throughout the day and anyone could enter the apartment. note that the entrance to the building is also open all day. Also, every day at 9:00 to 10:00 in the morning, cleaners came and made so much noise that it was very annoying. the second day someone just came in, took a bath and left. He was not a tenant. in addition, because the apartment has a kitchen, I bought some things and put them in the fridge and the next day they just disappeared. Probably someone took them or the cleaners threw them away. Average cleanliness. The photos that are uploaded are misleading

There is a need for deep cleaning in all areas of the house. They were cleaning all visible places and surfaces, but it was really dirty at every place, which is not visible if you are having just a look. Behind the furniture and bed, on the kitchen hood. The location is far from the bus stop (there is one nearby, but only one bus is traveling there, and not the useful one). For buses, you need to walk 10-12 minutes. For the supermarket, it's about a 5-10 minute walk.

The price was really good. We booked one day before our stay, and for that money (compared to other available options) this was a really good place. We also like the availability of the kitchen and the balcony in our room. There was a hanging dryer on our balcony, as well as a small table and two chairs. There were only 4 rooms in the apartment and it was not busy at all.

When we arrived, our room was occupied. So there was an overbooking. Our host took us with his car to a hostel and payed the room. But for the second night we had to move again to one of his other houses with shared appartments. The location was still good, but in the flat were lots of cockroachs.

The appartment has a kitchen with much stuff to cook. There is even a washing machine for free use.

Some things went wrong with with the booking. I wanted to book more days (earlier) and it seemed that everything was arranged fine. However, the booking got cancelled while on the mail it was confirmed. Maybe just a miscommunication between booking and the owner, but it resulted me coming there 2 days early and thus needed to find another place at 22.00 at night. That was a bit annoying, but that's practically it.

Our room (room no. 3) was directly next to the common kitchen. Due to the thin walls we could hear every single noise from the kitchen which was quite annoying since the first night some other quests kept cooking and watching some loud video late in the night and we could barely ignore the noise.

The location is pretty good, you can reach every important place within 15 minutes walking. Well equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms for 4 rooms, they were OK. Pretty good price.

The advertisement: I rented "a whole apartment" according to Booking.com, and yes, I could use my room and the common spaces, but this is more a homestay, and as it is not announced as such I was disappointed. So, you cannot use the common spaces as if you were at home and need to adapt to their time to use them.

Family in the apartment is nice. They don't speak English but they are willing to help in anyway. The place is clean and nice, 20 minutes walk from downtown.

Well... Unfortunately there was no information that bathrooms are shared... Also the apartaments has issues with air circulation so there was mold on the wall in our room and on the bathroom's ceiling. .

The room didn't have TV as advertised. The wi-fi didn't work. The hotel was tricky to find. The heater didn't work properly and it was very cold to sleep (you turn on the heating, it works for couple of minutes and then it shows some error.). The room had fantastic pictures on Booking, but the reality was way worse.

The price was fair. The room is only 10 minutes away from the city centre. Please watch the video about how to reach the rooms. This will help you a lot. The room is ok if you just come here and stay for a sleep.

The keys of the doors, i mean all two doors wasn't working well. An inpatient tourist won't take it. I recommend the host changes the door locks to something more modern and easlier to use.

Hall / stairs / landing lights were intermittent - needs improvement. Signage leading to the available rooms would be beneficial as it wasn't clear where to go. Pictures gave the illusion that it was a private bathroom / shower & kitchen, but these were all communal.

Great location, room had a nice little balcony overlooking an archaeological dig site. Comfy bed. Big bedroom, with dresser, large mirror, sofa. Fan & air con available. Good sized communal kitchen, washing machine, microwave. Private parking round the back. Clean throughout
