We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI stopped in December any they turn the aircon off in the whole hotel even though its 25c. The aircon in the Gym was also off. I was told this was for cost saving reasons.
For a 4 start hotel I was surprised how nice it was! I have stopped in 5 starts that are not as nice! good beach access, nice breakfast and the room was really modern.

United KingdomThe beach was secluded and well protected from any wind. The breakfast was perfect, the room was spacious with breathtaking sea views. The staff were really friendly. They would do anything to please and help you. There was a even a bottle of welcome champagne from the hotel !!! The management were visible and making friendly contact with the guests. Brilliant for young families and adults

United KingdomThe hotel and surroundings are stunning, relaxing and so fresh and clean. There is a very relaxed chilled vibe in the hotel with amazing food and drinks. The staff were incredible and so positive and friendly. I was on my own for a week and they made me feel so welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel for families with young kids, solo travellers and couples and would definitely book again.

CyprusDisadvantages: - poor soundproofing 😞 like you can hear what people are talking about next door from your room (at least, on the first floor) - probably, not the best choice for a single traveler or a group of adult friends 'cause it looked like a family kind of hotel more than anything
Location is just perfect! Very comfortable bay to swim. The sea in May is super transparent! Fish is lurking underneath 😏 Plus the beach isn't too crowded at this time of year. Convenient paths to walk. Close to the bus stations both to Paralimni and Aya Napa. The personnel was polite and friendly. The surfaces were spotless. The variety of food: they have thematic dinners at the main restaurant ❤️ Live music in the evening. Nice hammam and sauna.

SwitzerlandI would like to address my experiences during my stay with you: Anyone who wants to sleep in a bit during their holidays is in the wrong place. The sun loungers are already reserved between 6 and 8 in the morning, leaving later guests with only seats at the back of the resort. Interestingly, throughout the day, 2/3 of the sun loungers remain unoccupied, with towels being used to reserve them. The service at the lobby bar left much to be desired. The staff seemed fully focused on the All-Inclusive guests, being less proactive and rather reluctant when it came to taking additional orders. One had to insist and allow for enough time until the drinks were served. Another example: Even though the bar was open until midnight, there was no espresso available at 11:30 PM as the coffee machine had already been cleaned. Guest mix: It was noticeable that many Russian guests were present, resulting in an imbalance in the guest composition. This was our observation. I hope that these specific points will help you further improve the resort and create a more positive experience for your guests.
