The service has dropped since a year ago when they launched, which feels cheeky.

We paid for accommodation with half board and when we arrived at the hotel they told us that we would only receive breakfast because there were not many people in the hotel, therefore they did not open the dining room for dinner, they did not agree to return the money we paid in advance for half board, only to give us vouchers for the restaurant in the hotel, there was no restaurant in the hotel To our liking and yet we had to eat only there, we were very disappointed. We wanted to get the money so we could choose where to eat but it didn't happen. The hotel should have informed me in advance that there was no option for half board and not just charge me.

Most o the facilities close or under construction. Not much to do other than casino. For the high price it costs compared to other hotels in Limassol. It is far from value for money

I don't have any complaints, but it would be helpful to have a map that provides clear directions and guidance on navigating this large establishment. Additionally, it would be greatly appreciated if there were activities or amenities specifically designed for children under the age of 4.

COD is all about the casino, but it's also a hotel. The place is super fancy and everything is brand new. The rooms are absolutely amazing and the whole property is clean and fun to explore. The best part is that the prices for food and drinks are really reasonable compared to other places we've stayed at. That's definitely a plus. Since we had our kids with us, we made sure to check out "Kids City" every day. It's the kids club and it was so much fun. I have to give a shoutout to Evagalia and Marina, they made the experience awesome for us and the kids!

Adventure park is closed, kids club only from age 4, nothing for 0-4 kids, outside pools are cold and not warmed, no activities for kids.(Less then 4), cannot order Wolt or any outside food, the breakfast is the same for everyday, very slow service to the table

Everything was amazing. Huge resort, super clean. The pool was amazing, there was a part of it with sand right outside the pool water and also a part with three circles where you can sit in them and there was water spraying on your body. The room was more than clean and comfort. Shower with rain feel and a bathtub. Amazing bed, a couch both inside and the balcony. Everything in the room was free of use, coffee, tea, coffee machine, beer, water, bath salts, bath foam, mouthwash, toothbrush and toothpaste. The casino was very big with a lot of games, and a show on the stage at night. There were carpets all over the hallways outside the rooms so it was super quite. Every room has a doorbell. The managment delivered to our room a bottle of wine and a birthday cake for free because it was my birthday. All the staff was very kind and helpfull. The view from our balcony was also very very good. Finally, the breakfast was amazing with unlimited choices.

The room service is terrible. there was almost an empty fridge in my room (only beer and cola). I tried to call several times to reach room service and was waiting for a glass of spirit for around 30-40 mins. I have no idea why it was so long for 1 glass. The toilet was not secured and was wobbly. It's not a big issue but It's not about the new 5-star hotel. Dining - Their French restaurant looks amazing, but at 20.00 there was a DJ and loud music. it's not about a romantic atmosphere if you can't hear each other. They have escargots on the menu but in reality, they did it overcooked till black stone conditions. so strange. Breakfast - looks like a crowded touristic 4-star hotel. So noisy and cold dishes. didn't like. SPA - they don't have it. They have a pool, and sauna in the changing rooms (separated for men and women) but it's not about the SPA atmosphere. Very light, and cold, without some nice smells with 5-6 beds around the pool. that's all. massage is so weak. It looks like the therapist made her 2nd massage ever.

It was an amazing welcome meet and check-in, nice staff, and everything was nice. The room was perfect, especially the bath with big glass. it was the first hotel ever where I could share my tablet to TV panel - fantastic. nice view from the window. All about the room - is amazing.

The bathroom of the room smelled a bit like mold. The casino area needs better ventilation because of the sigarette smell.

There was no kiosk in the hotel There was no open cafeteria where we could sit outside The room was really nice and the bathroom.but the shower (roof shower) needs cleaning and thus did not work properly

Unfortunately the first staff member I encountered (Patricia) was very rude and hostile. I was confused and annoyed by her rudeness at reception checking me in. Luckily all the other staff were amazing, but it did dampen my initial thoughts on the hotel.

Wonderful experience, food was amazing , room was lovely big and clean. Thoughtful extras. Staff were wonderful. The Chinese resturant was 5* . Just perfect. Can't wait to come back!
