I think the only thing that could be improved is the breakfast - the quality was good indeed, but we thought there could have been more choice / variety (considering the level of the accommodation)

The resort overall is excellent - the room was very good and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and professional in any single interaction (from check in throughout to check out, reall well done to them!) - the location is fantastic and the trail around the resort is really fantastic! We had dinner there and the food was good - the staff was always great (both at dinner as well as at breakfast)

Sound of the planes overhead in the wee hours. Pillows were too firm.

From the time we set foot on the property, we were “wowed”! We did the trails, swam in the Infiniti pool, had dinner at the restaurant, purchased at the gift shop and arranged for transportation from and to airport. We even had a “breakfast -to-go”. Excellent and friendly staff. Amenities in the room were welcomed. Bed was comfortable. Would and will highly recommend.

The hotel is amazing. I love the views from the room, the warm pool and the walks thew the trails to the hotel waterfall. The breakfast is very natural, there is a buffet and u can also order local dishes. I stay in Xandari every time i go to Costa Rica. The massage service in the Spa is very healing.

Everything was fabulous . It’s near to the airport so we used it for two nights before taking another flight . It was perfect as the spa is amazing . There are wonderful walks within the hotel grounds . The infinity pool is especially gorgeous with an amazing view and the restaurant in the evening was superb !!! There was no need to leave the hotel on a short stay and it was so peaceful. Lovely room with fridge and coffee maker . Great shower too .

The breakfast was freshly cooked Costa Rican style every morning . There were also lots of other buffet choices and lovely fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juices .The staff at breakfast could not have been nicer .Lovely service from all .

A kettle in the room would have been good. There was only a coffee machine, but I'm not a coffee drinker.

My stay was lovely. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The venue was clean and well maintained. Effort was made to ensure that, despite the property spanning lots of ground, there were people available to ferry us around the main route. We had a spa treatment with a spectacular view too, watching the sunset over the central valley from a jacuzzi. It was a fantastic experience.

The spa was amazing! Each area had a beautiful view with a private jacuzzi and the weather was perfect.

The villas were very clean, private, and had beautiful views. The staff were extremely nice and made sure we had an awesome time. They helped us with excursions and transportation to get to the excursions.

Great location, really close to the airport. Had great mountain and city views, our lodge had an amazing view from the bed! and I would recommend eating dinner in the restaurant - delicious and stunning views. Lovely hiking trails to the waterfalls and three beautiful pools.

The only regret I have is that spa treatment rooms are open from all the sides and it creates un nasty wind wich is unpleasant after hot jacuzzi and can be even dangerous for neck and back. I would cloth the rooms from 3 sides, leaving just the view in front open so there is no this air flow going through. However I liked so much this resort that I would definitely come back.
