We rented 1 Villa for 4 people. The villa is separated between two rooms, but only one of the rooms has a bathroom and the shower is outdoors.

The villa was clean, it is well equipped and the place is very nice. 5 mins walking distance from the beach.

This was an awesome little hotel. The the two rooms are split up by a little outdoor courtyard which was awesome. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils you'd need. The rooms were spacious & really clean. Staff friendly. The pool area was lovely and spacious. We were super lucky and had a troop of howler monkeys outside our room one afternoon. Heaps of parking around there as well. Would suggest having a car to be able to get around there but also loved being out of the hustle and bustle and more with nature. We would defiantly stay there again.

The bed was a bit hard but i slept like a baby

Far off the beaten path is this beautiful gem of a little hotel. The room has a fully equipped mini kitchen, refrigerator, induction stovetop, toaster oven, microwave, rice cooker, cutting board, and all utensils needed. The shower had great water pressure, the finishes were premium. The pool was fresh and brand new, they filled it the night before. I had the feeling no one had stayed in our room before, because parts of our kitchen still had barcode stickers on them. The tv was nice, had all the services. The pool is small, theres 2 for about a dozen rooms, but my partner and i spent the afternoon at one alone. The staff was nice and responds quickly to you via whatsapp. I recommend renting a car to get here, because taxi’s are expensive. This hotel is a bit far away from things, theres just one burger restaurant next door, with a minimarket. Theres more restaurants about 10 minute walk away, and a beautiful beach about 25 minutes walk away named playa avellanas. The hotel says its in tamarindo, but its about 30 minutes drive from there. This is a perfect spot to get away from it all. Oh! And the AC is perfect here.

It is brand new and very cute, set up and decorated nicely. The pool is nice and has a shade which is great. The beach is either a mile and a half on the road or you can walk through the mangroves about 400 meters right to the beach. There’s a mini super very close and a soda for yummy local meals. The kitchen has all new appliances and the fridge is good sized to stock up on your own food. We had a great stay!

The name "Beachwalk" is deceptive, it is a considerable distance to the beach. This facility comes up in searches for hotels near Tamarindo, and while it is true that it is approximately 4 miles from Tamarindo, in actuality it is a 45 minute drive. The access road is gravel with some stretches in poor condition. The payment system that this vendor has set up would not accept my credit card, I spent considerable time with customer service at my credit card co and as far we could tell, the problem is in the vendor's bank system. I ended up having to withdraw cash to settle the balance, dealing with the transaction used up the better part of a day.

New facilities, clean, very attentive friendly staff and reception. Well designed pools.

The rooms are split into 2 buildings, which they do not tell you when booking. It would not be a problem, however when travelling with a 3 year old, it is. I had requested my money back, at which time they declined and moved us 3 to a single queen bed room. When we arrived back from supper (the hotel is 25 mins from Tamarindo due to road conditions) the place was packed with smoking, drinking and partying guests. A sliding glass door was all that was separating us from them and made things difficult. We left without staying the night and requested a refund. the wifi did not work / (SSID) was undiscoverable no coded gate / lock at entrance faulty shower drain in outdoor shower no “hot” water no internet service “cleaning” error / arrived to someone else’s trash in can filled to top with kitchen scraps & garbage 3 different keys…3 different doors all the same color and unmarked making it a 10 minute trial an error routine.
