The room rate is a little bit high. Although I reserved the hotel breakfast included, to my surprise at reception I was told that the breakfast is not included and in order to have breakfast one should pay 60 or 70 Dirhams. The net room rate is good, but you should pay between 20 to 30 percent extra money for city tax and so on. It is far from the city center ,however it is clean and comfortable. It could be a good hotel for family travelers.

The hotel is clean with good staff and good facilities. It has shuttle busses to different places and it has swimming pool and gym.

You can always encounter small issues in some of the rooms like A/C needs a new filter or a broken item but you won’t notice it much because once you report the issue they fix it immediately. I don’t like the concept of getting deposit from guests at hotels especially when you book through booking.com so I will say that’s a bit inconvenient. The T.V supposed to be a smart T.V but they installed a system that makes it really useless as you can’t use apps directly but your only hope is HDMI Internet also has a log in system that makes it impossible connecting to some applications like Alexa or third party applications for example.

The most important thing for us as we work online and stay at hotels for a long time is to feel like home and the staff at Golden Tulip have made sure of that with great smiles and relaxed atmosphere not like other hotels where you feel like people are forced to work. Ivy & Mary are the best and the friendliest at the hotel as they always smile and communicate perfectly so we are so happy that we got to know them. The rooms are spacious with great view/atmosphere/comfort which is you need from a standard room at a hotel and I would even say that the standard rooms are much better than the suites at this hotel because the suite doesn’t have much of a view but big wall instead.

Swimming pool was so small, No bar at the hotel, Dinner and lunch menu was so limited, I had to request twice to make up my room , Hotel taxi to airport was so expensive

Breakfast was good, location was fine , Staff were helpful, Bus shuttle is also available, nice beauty salon for ladies with very kind Staff in it.

Last days the toilet in the room was almost not working.

The air was heavy inside the room, and there was no chance to make it fresh. The fan coil was to noisy, unless. I tried to turn off, but it was not successfull. It turned on automatically after a while.

The location, the voew from the room, the room itself was good. The staf was helpfull.

Very good location, close to two metro stations. Staff extremely helpful, on the day of departure even though we were already checked out, when collecting our luggage we were offered a shower to freshen up before leaving for the airport.

We stayed for three days. It was a really nice hotel. It has a pool. Very clean room. Breakfast was good nothing special. Value for money 💰. It is far away from the center but close to metro where you can be in the centre and everywhere else by a 20 minute ride

The rooms are clean, easy to get in and out compare to other hotels in Dubai, they also have free shuttle service to the major locations in the city.

The only thing I had an issue with was when a friend came to visit me, the staffs wouldn't let him in for some reason and I found that quite odd.

I really liked the location, as it was in downtown and was pretty much close to everywhere.
