A humidity smell in the room and the window needs to be fixed. I think they will fix it soon because the room next to us has new windows.

I loved the staff and the yoga class. The recommendation from Jesus were very appropriate and Sara did a very impressive yoga class. Thanks team!

- the location of the hotel is a little bit far away from town (but it depends on preferences) - the room equipment was a little older, but totally without problems

There was a Colombian guy volunteering there who was a bit over friendly... In an uncomfortable way. Two of my bras went missing after I washed them and left them on the line... I asked the hostel about this but apparently no one had seen them ..

Rooms were comfortable and clean with blankets, food pillows and towels were given freely. Hostel was a really nice space with a good kitchen and balconies to sit out on. Good location and close to shuttle to Monteverde and short walk from the bus in town. The guy who owns the hostel is very friendly and full of great information, you can tell he really enjoys and is invested in creating a nice experience. The staff who were looking after the property were super helpful when I needed to fix my bag and dry my clothes

Very small bathroom Matterance not comfortable Small room - the room was full with 8 beds taken - not enough space for bags. No privacy curtains by the beds No electricity plugs near the bed No shelf or pocket by the bed for small personal items They offer many options for private shuttles to cloud forest, but don't give info about local transport possibilities which is 4 times cheaper and very easy to get- had to find out about it myself.

The location is on a mountain which means the wind howls around the rooms at night. The hostel is pretty large and not super sociable if you’re looking to meet people. Breakfast is not included in the price.

Beautiful decor, lovely places to hang out including balconies, a comfy lounge area and a big kitchen. The town centre is close enough to walk to and it’s very safe with beautiful views. Transport and activities are very easy to arrange with the hostel staff who can give you transport discounts and good recommendations.

The milk was spoiled the first day we had coffee.

Our first time in a hostel and we had our two boys with us. The boys enjoyed Netflix in the common room as a bit of normalcy; the gallo pinto, coffee, and pancakes were decent if you buy the breakfast (we recommend your own milk.) It was nice to make our own meals for a change. The staff were very helpful. All in all a good stay in our two week trip!

It was rally noisy bc of the wood. And i had one night bad bc there where a annoying noise next to me (like drops falling) and the light in the aile kept shing the whole night and the light was shining into my room.

I liked the most that the location was not diretcly in the town but easy to walk until all the restaurantes. You can have a nice sunset at this place. I liked that it is build just of wood.

The facilities are clean but quite old. There's an extra charge if you're paying by card so make sure you have enough cash. It's not the most centrally located hostel, the Santa Elena town is about 10 min walk.

Hostel staff was very helpful in organising tours and recommending things to do around the city.the hostel is cheap but you get what you pay for.

It is a very peaceful place. The room was very clean as was the shared kitchen. Breakfast is good. The owners are very helpful and friendly and there is a laundry service and a private park. Good place to spend a few days.
