Room lacked charm compared to other areas of the hotel. Noisy and rumbling AC unit disturbed sleep. Although noisy inside, minimal disturbance from outside noises.

Conveniently located near the airport with frequent shuttle service. Accommodating last-minute booking due to flight delay. Excellent restaurant and pool area, clean with delicious food. Overall convenient for short stays or catching early flights. Buffet breakfast was satisfying and enjoyable.

Location next to a busy road. Air conditioner was pretty noisy, as were the hallways with all the comings and goings in a hotel which mostly caters to tourists waiting for their plane

Close to the airport with a regularly running shuttle. staying one night waiting for an early morning flight makes the hotel food okay

It was very quiet at night during sleeping but in the evening I could hear doors slamming shut from all over the building which was also vibrating my room. I know that my door also closed very firmly and loudly. I know this was just everyone going/ returning from dinner and evening activities so I was fortunate I wasn't trying to sleep during the day or early evening.

Very clean, great staff, nice garden area, delicious breakfast, handy hotel shuttle, comfortable and clean bed & room. Quiet at night. I also liked the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

Double beds for a family to share are a bit tight, but this seems to be the norm throughout Costa Rica, so you need to pay attention to bed size when booking.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was a bit on the pricey side but was good. Wait staff were very attentive.

The food in the restaurant was not very good, with the exception of the pizza.

The accommodations met our expectations for an airport hotel. The pool area was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Don’t expect the staff to make any effort. Period. They clearly know that no one is there for the ‘experience’. The service at the restaurant for dinner was horrendous (although the guy at lunch was ok). Water pressure in shower is not good. AC worked well but was noisy. And there was this weird smoky smell - not sure if it was just the 5th floor or throughout but it almost smelled electrical.

Proximity to Liberia airport and shuttle service was ideal. Rooms were quite spacious and the beds were comfortable. Garden pool area was surprisingly nice. Restaurant has a decent menu.

When I returned home I found that the room payment authorization of $300.08 on 2 rooms had not been reversed. I am currently trying to correct.

Better breakfast/ more choices of meats and breads

For the money I expected little more choices in fruits and breads/ sweet breads and more choices in sausages/ ham/ lunch meats Also , would’ve been nice if the waiters were offering more coffee! As part of the service They ran out of coffee and juices and had to be re-stocked

we loved how close this place was from the airport. food was good. swimming pool gets crowded and people just put towels over lounges to keep them from people sitting. but great place to crash.
