The location. Jaco beach is not beautiful. And in general, Costa Rica is expensive.

The people of front desk, and form the coffee shop were really kind.

The food and drinks were overpriced.Some of the staff in restaurant were impatient. 2 days had gone by before housekeeping got to our room. The beach is not easily accessible. The resort feel is somewhat there but there isn’t a room service.

Check in and check out was easy. The breakfast was great and food was good.

I wish they would have told us at check in that we had to have our wristbands on at all times, or to come back right away if it comes off. Mine fell off after an excursion, and then when I was at the pool the employees completely ignored us.

We loved the location. We wanted to be within walking distance of the beach and Jacó. The Mountain View room was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurants was good!

Our only complaints were that the walls were thin-we could hear a loud family next door at 5:00 am. It was a bit pricey.

Fun pool with great spacious rooms. We liked the restaurants and it had a great breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the ocean view was awesome.

Staff at tour desk were unresponsive to complaints and disappointment to an expensive tour arranged by the hotel.

as to be expected everything is insanely priced…. the hallways and interiors of this place are all extremely dimly lit. the outdoor cafe has the best food, no room service is lame and their breakfast was disappointing and ever priced

There was an issue with the option to purchase breakfast for $15. Crocs says there is an problem between was Booking advertised and them. They would only honor pricing if I pre-paid for everyday which i did not want since I was leaving for excursions before 7 am. Breakfast service starts after 7 am.

Location was good and not too close to downtown Jaco.

Our room had a weird, unpleasant smell, which filled our noses everytime we entered the room and each time it took long to get used to it, so this was a problem. The bed was very poor quality, it was cracking and squeaking to the slightest movements. Also the bed moved around a lot, since it was not fixed to the backrest, so our pillows were falling between the bed and the wall all the time. A proper shower cabin would be better instead of the really small bathtub, because every time we showered, water was draining on the side of the tub and flooded the floor. Another hugely disturbing thing was the very loud party music that they played every single day from around 10 AM to 7 PM, which made it impossible to relax, sleep or read a book on the side of the pools. We couldn't even escape the music in our room. Overall it would be an amazing hotel at a great location, but the above mentioned things dissapointed us.

It was a little pricey for a room with parking lot view, we did not have a beach or pool view.

The pools and grounds are amazing. You can walk out to the beach and spend the whole day at the resort. Very clean and the breakfasts every morning is delicious. Staff is very kind and accommodating.

Rooms could use an update and the doors block 0 sound. Drinks and food inside the hotel are way too expensive (small water bottle 6 USD, excl all charges) and not tasty at all. Stay was also a bit too expensive for what it was.

The property was clean, staff was friendly and the pool was enjoyable.
