I paid 11$ for breakfast and it was really not that great. It was convenient but really not worth the money. I should have gone to a coffee shop Everything is pretty simple and out dated which is sad because the grounds are very pretty

The grounds were pretty with lots of flowering plants growing and grassy areas to hang out in. There is a pool that is pretty as well. I would stay here again for the price and the location I needed to be.

The accommodations in the standard room are very basic. But still good value considering other factors. Be aware, there are few options for lunch or dinner within walking distance.

Clean, convenient location, secure parking. Lovely pool area though we did not personally take advantage. Very pleasant and helpful staff in reception, and the Chef Marcos provided a lovely breakfast.

Bedside lamps for reading in bed. Ice machine available for general use.

Room very comfy... no a/c needed since outside air is comfortably cool. Easy walking distance into San Raphael and local resturants. Easy drive to surrounding urban areas for any activity. Tico breakfast was very good, well prepared, with good, friendly service. In-room coffee was very good, too.

Could use more coat hangers and a bin. One day there was no power so unable to use coffee maker, lights or tv with no apologies offered.

Big rooms and just far enough out of town .. Bed and pillows were comfortable and had a good nights sleep!

Couple minor repairs in progress (electric sockets moved and wall patching incomplete).

Had to take care of some things for my residency and this was close to the CCSS office. Liked the woodwork of the room's ceiling. Bed was comfortable.

Rooster that woke us at 4 am. The junior suite that we booked was supposed to have 2 queen sized beds. I think they 'upgraded' a regular room with an extra 1p bed.

The room front door key lock I had trouble opening do to operator error on me.

The room was big, had microwave, refrigerator, shower, large tub and very comfortable queen bed. Towels replaced and the room was cleaned every day. Coffee maker with daily supplies if coffee and packaged sugar and creamer. Pool looked inviting and the grounds were well kept. Private gate and guard .

Long walk to a restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was an extra $11 and it was just ok. I'd definitely plan to eat elsewhere next time. Wish there was more outdoor seating in the shade.

Very reasonable through Booking.com. Staff was very nice, grounds are very lovely. Did not swim or use jacuzzi but they looked nice. Room was very attractive, clean, and spacious. Nice, hot shower. Good wifi connectivity, but only in the rooms and near the office. Great place for a wedding, convention, or family reunion!

Little bit expensive - had to pay breakfast additionally and tax was added to the presented price. Location is not very centric, need to take taxi to come and go.

Nice room, nice building complex, nice breakfast. Very secure hotel - they closed the gate in the evening. They also had a gym, although I did not use, but I saw people exercising.

There were ants in the room, any unattended food will have ants in 20 minutes or so. There was only one trash can, the one in the bathroom and very small but not a big deal.

The coffemaker in the room it's a great idea. You can ask for uber eats directly to the door of your room. Pool was very nice and clean. The staff would not bother you at all, lots of privacy. The staff was very nice all the time.

its an event venue with 5 or 6 ballrooms. Although the music stopped at 10pm Saturday night itcoukd be disturbing to some. TV EAS ridiculously high above window.
