There are huge mango trees on the property and they fall on the metal roofs. Makes for loud bangs every few minutes and disrupts your sleep.

NO place to hang any clothes up, no towel racks, although this is a roomy place. Poor lighting outside for coming back in the dark and stark lighting inside.

Nice proprietress, and compound that felt tucked away, even though in the main part of town. The beach was visible and very close, too. Good mattresses and pillows. Decent bathroom. All quite clean, with daily service. The covered porch was comfy.

It was very difficult to find the hotel in the dark. We accidentally drove past the turning twice - our satnav wasn't working. Prominent roadside signage would be really helpful.

The facility was under construction. The rooms were minimally furnished - it felt like a convent. Lighting was dim - without a TV, we were happy to read, but found it difficult after dark.

Very Nice location, the beach is just a couple of meters away. The village is very cute. The hosts are very nice, it is very down to earth.

3 identified improvements: 1. More lights in the garden would increase the feeling of safety. Right now it is quite dark in the big garden which has a not locked gate. With led lighting the electricity is not expensive. 2. More hooks in the rooms to hang up clothes and towels. Outside the washing line is often occupied. 3. If possible find a way to eleminate the few ants in the room even if they did not bother me much.

Perfect location close to one of the beaches and close to the center. Nice and quiet. I got a bigger room than I paid for, very spacious and comfortable. Nice and helpful staff.

Very kind and friendly family, they only speak spanish - no english! But communication was still possible. They help you with everything! Beautiful garden and lovely animals! The beach is right outside the door! There is a small market in front of casa susen on saturdays

You are very much living with nature. The bedroom windows do not have screens so your bedroom will always have some bugs (ants mostly) present even if you keep the doors shut. We were okay with this but it may bother some people.

Blanca is an amazing host and such a friendly person. The house is more of a "home-stay" than a hotel and you really feel like you're a part of the culture there.

The location is amazing, the sound of the waves on the beach right out my bedroom door, close walk to the main part of town, friendly family, great hosts and internet was good. Will definitely stay again next trip

Casa Susen offers everything you need for short stay. The owners were super nice and helpfull with advises around the area.The kitchen has everything you need and is really clean. If you want to be close to the beach and Montezuma village center (2min walk), this place is perfect. Still it's far enough away to not be disturb by the music of the bars.

The common shower is very simple, and it was not clear whether the kitchen facilities could be used, but maybe I had misunderstood the Spanish.
