Payment via Booking.com rather than a non-standard option in Costa Rica. I was provided a link by property owner with no prior information from Booking.com. This was unexpected and confusing.

Our favorite property in Jaco. Close enough to walk the beach into town and far enough away from the hoopla of town. Nelson (the gate keeper) is also a great asset to the property.

Thin walls. We stayed in unit 702 and it seemed that you could hear every noise coming from unit 703 (there was a shared door inside the unit that was locked but needs sound proofing). Also there was only a table outside. No dining room or living room inside, but that didn’t bother us. The cooking items could use a refresh some of the pans seemed old but again it worked and it is typical for Costa Rica.

Property was gated and seemed very secure. We arrived late night and gaurd was waiting for us in the guard shack. Elevator in good working order. Clean rooms and kitchenette. Two suites with flat screen tvs (both with access to balcony). Air conditioning worked great! Pool and easy beach access. Room had pool towels and bath towels. But the best part of this room are the views! Right next to the ocean and near the mouth of a river. Could see the beach clearly and even some dolphins/seals!

A little far from downtown. Not too far but definitely not in the middle of it all.

The view was amazing, the owner is a very chill person, he gave me an early check in for free and would have likely let me do a late check out if he didn’t have the place already booked. I will stay here next time I visit Jacó

I'm very fussy, so for me, it could have been a bit cleaner.

The condo is in a beautiful, quiet part of Jaco. Above the 4th floor on this facility, you have a gorgeous ocean view, so we spent a great deal of time outside. Brian responded whenever contacted, and we had a great Thanksgiving dinner there.

Property was lovely, had a great time with our group. We felt safe and the condo was exactly what we needed. Security was very helpful and doing their rounds throughout the place.

kitchen is tiny; forget about cooking any major meals and very limited pots and pans. no living room or meeting room within to sit and talk. living room is the balcony and not a great place to meet when raining or its hot, etc. also its at the edge of town, so getting anywhere is a 15-20 minute walk or Uber. Uber is cheap but can take 10 minutes or so to get one. no floor mats so sand was everywhere with kids going in and out of the beach, etc.

There were a few things that didn't seem to work properly, but were quickly addressed. On the first day, the AC was not working and the sink seem to be clogged. As mentioned before, we asked for help and the host quickly took care of things. If you are coming with kids, the terrace is not the safest. It has a fence made of glass. The sliding doors from both rooms located next to the balcony can't really fully close (very easily opened by kids).

The apartment is really nice, modern and very spacious. The view from the balcony is amazing. The kitchen is well equipped too. The host was very helpful throughout our stay. We made several request during our stay and the response was always fast. It is conveniently located right in front of the beach, with a nice swimming pool, including a small one for kids.

We did have a couple issues with a shower drain not working and a bed breaking but these items were fixed very quickly so I have no complaints. I think it would have been nice if there had been some coffee, salt/pepper/seasonings, and paper plates but we made it to the store to buy those things.

The location and view was exceptional, the staff at the gate were friendly and helpful, and the apartment and grounds were very clean.
