Most of the attractions didn't work, most of the animals were not there. The only cold pool was dirty. My kids were so excited after seeing the pictures and so disappointed seeing the reality.

The rooms were big and comfortable. Staff was super nice and friendly, food was good and the garden was pretty.

Maybe due to the timing, pools and mud bad were underwhelming. Independently from the hotel, something to highlight is the road to get there. Consider it takes around 1hr to the main road, and it will be a bumpy ride.

I didn't know there was a free breakfast included, so I missed it the first day.

The cabins were huge and very nice with porch, hammock and chairs. The hotspring pools and gardens were gorgeous.

My only concerned was being billed for an excursion I did not do and still have not received my refund. My husband felt the yoga instructor was forceful in her approach. Other than that, no complaints

Grounds were magnificent and property was very clean. Staff was friendly. Cabins were nice and the balcony was nice to have when it was raining. It was very relaxing and a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

It’s a brutal drive up. The mud bath was kind of a joke. It’s not a real mud bath you go in, it’s just a bucket of mud you put on yourself. They forgot to put towels in our room and when we asked them for some it took them so long to bring them. The shower water is not really hot, it’s lukewarm. For the price I’m paying I would expect body wash, shampoo, conditioner but there was only a dispenser for shampoo. The wifi was spotty.

The hot springs were nice, the staff was very nice and helpful. The property is nice too. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable.

A paradise on earth. We loved the beautiful surrounding: the hot natural pools, the natural sauna, the garden with the butterflies. Everything is clean and the horses look healthy. During the day they are on a huge paddock. The children loved the water slide. In the restaurant you have varied really good meals. We did the zip-line and the cathedral waterfall tour, both were fantastic.- good organised and with responsible nice guides. You need a 4x4 car to get there and enough petrol, but then Ressort is easy to reach.

The rooms were outdated and dark, although very large. the bed wasn’t that comfortable. And the food was just ok.

The staff and the tours were my FAVORITE part. I went zip lining, hiking to 5 waterfalls, horse back riding and then also did the Cathedral waterfall hike. All were amazing and our guide, Ronald, was super knowledgeable. The breakfast was great but lunch and dinner were marginal. Had to expect 5 star meal in the middle of a rainforest. The road to get there is rough, best accessed by a 4x4. I loved the different hot pools and site

Breakfast was a 6 out of 10. Both mornings, there was empty pans. Also, Self serve would be better. We weren’t even allowed to pour our own syrup.

The rough roads and I personally like more pristine clean-looking pools but I think it was just a matter of it being hot natural springs and untreated water, not uncleanliness, because the pools are cleaned and refilled regularly.

Absolutely gorgeous landscaping. Bedding was great. Location pretty remote and very rough roads to traverse. If you are into hot springs, mud baths in a kind of plushy type cabin/rustic site, this would be wonderful. Lovely butterfly garden and the restaurant’s food and servers were great. The natural steam room was super interesting!

Due to location there are no food options other than on site. The food is ok and the service slow. The rooms are very noisy with them being wooden but the fridge and air conditioner make it even noisier. We were bitten by bugs even in just the short times when moving between pools, you need constant bug protection.

There is a lot on offer to see and do, the rooms are large.
