The fact that the area was quiet apart from when they came to do yard maintenance. I had to work and there was constant noise on the 18.06.2024. Also close to other facilities shops etc. Security controlled access.

The fact that the place was missed advertised with amenities that were not actually part of the unit. There were no extra linen or towels. The cleaning staff did not come out once since our stay from Saturday 15 June 2024 to 19 June 2024. Limited kitchen utensils. Bathroom extremely small. These details should be specified so for people to make a more informed decision when booking. I'm quite disappointed 😞

Very attractive decor in bar, lounge and restaurant, with lovely wait staff in the restaurant.

Reception staff were not very welcoming. They took a long time to acknowledge our arrival despite five people being behind the counter and three lots of guests checking in. Their demeanour was quite functional / process orientated, despite one man who seemed welcoming but not really aiding in our check in. Garden apartments are a little unloved and were freezing with no visible option to warm them up. The sofa in our apartment was a sofa bed that didn’t appear to want to close properly making it uncomfortable. No wait staff approached us when we sat in the common areas. Food was disappointingly dull.

The was only 1 toilet paper, no dishwasher saop and not even 1 tawels at the bathrooms it's what I didn't like and timing was not nice they wrote 15:00 arrival time I asked 9:00 to 10:00 they didn't change and and they said we should be out at 10 O'clock while they wrote 11:00 was not happy about time nonetheless was happy with my staying
