Incredibly unique and lovely place with a host (Dao) who is always helpful. We loved the fact the hotel faces onto a walkway along one of the tributaries of the Mekong. It can get a little noisy with the river traffic but my family never had an issue with the noise when we were sleeping. And the river traffic just adds to the feel that you are in the middle of the local life. As mentioned previously, the host, Dao, was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our requests. She went out of her way to make sure we were able to do our laundry our last night at the hotel and even offered to scooter us to the laundromat. We wish we had more time to stay and chat with Dao but our schedule was pretty packed during our stay.

There's no hot water available but this isn't a big issue because the heat in the Mekong delta means that a cold shower is preferred :)

To say the Quin Riverside hotel is an absolute Jem is an understatement. Has to be the cleanest best run hotel we have ever stayed in. Mr Ho and his small number of staff made us so welcome . They simply could not do enough for us. Their pride in their hotel , area and city just shines through. All staff out front and waved us off at departure. Side note - visit to “calm house”bar next door to sample beer and pizza a must. Owner Lee is some character, spent a very interesting night in his company.

Lovely hotel in a great location on the edge of the Old Quarter. Rooms very comfortable, rooftop pool is fabulous and the rooftop bar is a great spot to have a drink and watch the sun set over the city. But what sets this place apart is the customer service: every single staff member was so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable with advice, recommendations, etc that really made a difference.

Very nice rooms and a good value for money. The host Kim was very helpful and made everything we wanted possible!

The location is in the middle between the old town and beach. Therefore, it takes about 10 minutes each way by grab. However, that was not a problem for us as you usually have to transfer between both parts of the town anyway.

Zuzu wasn't always around and nobody else could help! Had to ask for clean towels. The room was never cleaned even though we put the sign out asking for it
