Fabulous location with terrific views, right on the beautiful river. The staff was very kind and helpful- we had a mix up with a tour group in the morning and the front desk was able to help us out, translate, and made sure we got everything sorted out. We were so grateful! Wonderful place to stay, definitely recommend if you’re in Phong Nha!

Staff were amazing, kind & genuine. Their service was above & beyond. I was unwell while briefly travelling alone & staff noticed then checked each day to see if I was ok or if I needed anything. Room service offered & arranged lemon, honey & ginger teas. The facilities are excellent, will definitely return next visit.

We loved how kind and helpful the staff was. We didn’t know much about the area and they were so helpful in getting us acquainted with the area and making sure we had a fabulous time! The food was incredible- dinner was one of our favorite meals we had in Vietnam. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a nice 4 night stay at one of the villas. The facility was very clean and the staff is so kind! Le Phuc, the manager, was the best this hotel had to offer- he is always there to help out with tips and trips. He even sent an item we forgot to Hanoi! Thank you so very much for your help!

This was a quaint little hotel in a great area just outside of town. You could take a bike ride to the beach through the rice paddies or a quick stroll into town for some shopping a bite to eat or the river nightlife. The breakfast was delicious and very personal.

It’s not that I did not like anything about the property but it was very hot when we visited and for me and an afternoon at the pool to cool off would have been nice but that is my personal opinion as I am not one to have down time in my room while on holidays. So if a pool or facilities does not worry you Kaia Gallery Hotel is 10/10

The Location was not good but superly excellent and so was the staff . The breakfast was also superb for all the three days I stayed. If next in HO Chi Minh city ,,,will only stay here....

Lovely 1 night stay before an early flight the next morning. Quick 7 min walk to airport for domestic flight. Be sure to go up to the cafe rooftop bar :)
