The hotel is located in the old city and you can go out by foot, the breakfast is very good and is international and classic european also, the staff in very kindly and helpfull to give you all informations about the city/the excursion/to reserve transfer or taxi. Facilities and location were excellent!! The pool and it's view was a highlight. Plenty of "Happy Hour" options. Right across the road from the beach. A big thank you to staff member HUYEN who helped me out after I made some mistakes with the booking. Would love to stay here again

Overall, my stay at Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The service, facilities, and location were all perfect, providing an ideal setting for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. If I have the chance to visit this city again, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel once more.

The staff was really nice and helpful. You can buy a SIM card and exchange money right on the reception. The location is really good. You can walk everywhere from the hotel because it’s right in the center. They even offer discounts for various trips (Ha Long, Ha Giang,…)

Ocean-front room was phenomenal! Views were gorgeous and overall, the stay was fantastic. Doormen were great and friendly every time I passed through the entrance. Proximity to the beach was great. I would certainly come back to the hotel.

The Hotel was very full which meant there were many things at breakfast that had run out There are only 2 small lifts for the size of the building so there were long waiting times for these Often no towels at the pool

Each day when you go outside your room-room service at the entire floor covered with sheets and towels from other rooms that you had to navigate around. Breakfast options were very limited Photo's show a nice roof top bar area but it's not open
