Hotel is in a great location in the old town close to a lot of attractions and bars/ restaurants. Staff were all so attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived and were happy to help with everything. Beds were super comfortable and room was spacious

Bathroom especially the shower could use a slight upgrade. Shower curtain was old and the bath was not really ideal to stand in

The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything going on. Easy to walk everywhere from here. Breakfast environment was comfortable-not crowded or too busy Nice rooftop bar with the choice of sitting inside or on different level outside

The pool was slimey and never and towels-didn't feel like it was clean No security in the lifts so found others in the lift asking where the pool was because they were not staying at this hotel-just using the rooftop pool.

Nice comfy beds, staff at front desk were really helpful and gave us food recommendations aswell as prices for activities not to pay over and were going to arrange transport to Da Nang. Really good location right by the river.

In the evening the wifi barely reached our room and had terrible connection. And we booked because we really liked the look of the pool however it’s practically in the lobby looking out onto the street which was just a bit too public for us so decided not to use it. The pressure in the bathrooms also wasn’t very good but they did have nice hot water.

24/7 check in, I found it easy to find and the security guard helped me find the front desk. I felt very safe and looked after! The rooms were clean and had everything I needed. I was very happy with the stay

Great hotel in a good part of Hanoi. Close to plenty of restaurants and bars. Rooms a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent and always happy to help with any requests.

The manager was so accomodating. We arrived early because of our sleeper bus and the staff were super helpful and made us feel really welcome after a long night.
