Staff are fantastic, decor in the lobby area is nice, rooms are simple but clean and comfortable, short walk down an alley to the old quarter - alley makes it nice and quiet away from traffic. Didn’t eat breakfast but looked varied and eggs in lots of ways on offer. A big thank you to Super Jack V for looking after us - a top guy who will do anything to help his guests.

Room was small especially the bathroom, WiFi in the rooms far from the lobby is patchy or in our case non existent - although staff were very committed to trying to fix it for us. Smoking is allowed in the corridors by the rooms leaving a smell when you get out the lift - not ideal but also not terrible.

Large comfy room with balcony located on Toy Street, central to everything in Old Quarter. Room was very quiet considering the location on a busy street. Staff are very friendly & attentive. Facilities were excellent and clean. Great value for money.

Good sized room for 1 person, good airconand fan and a functional bathroom with plenty of hot water. Very quiet at night, central location.

Difficult to find at first as it is down a very narrow alley. This didn't cause me drama but it did for my mate who has a troublesome hip, no elevator and 1 room per floor. I was on the 5th, he got moved from the 4th down to the second.

Air conditioner not working on the first day when I checked in and being on the 25th floor with no cold air when the humid temperature was 39 was stressful, team fixed it within ten to fifteen minutes. , the room key did not work a few times causing me to have to go up and down the lift to and from reception to get it fixed . Eventually having to change rooms and loosing the magnificent view I had from my first room. The team should go up to the room in the first Occitan e and run you through everything so as to make sure it’s all comfortable.

The street food ladies in front are quite noisy, specially in the mornings. If you have the chance, take an upper floor.
