Absolutely gorgeous property. The garden is so pretty and well maintained. Jenny was amazing. Her English is fantastic and she is so helpful. I booked a pool view room which overlooked a neighbouring hotel’s pool. I mentioned it to Jenny and she moved me to a bigger (family) room overlooking the gorgeous pool and garden. The position is fantastic. It’s quiet but such an easy walk to fantastic restaurants, spas, the marina, everything. Most attractions are a bike ride away.

Nothing at all. The rooms are quite small but as I said, I was moved to a bigger room (this would be ok for a family just not with a lot of luggage)

A nice hotel in Viet Nam. My family and I just stayed 1 night there. Hotel did their jobs so well. We’re welcomed and helped. We are family with 2 adults and 2 kids, staying in a suite room with 2 rooms connected, the room was private enough for parents but still could watch our children.

The host Mr.Tiung was very hospitable. He picked us up from the airport, gave a free upgrade on the rooms and provided us with excellent tour packages. The rates were very nominal but the service was amazing! Will definitely recommend to families and groups of friends.

Everything. The staff, the room quality, the value for money, the cleanliness, the comfy bed. I stayed in a few hotels in Hanoi and this was by far the best value for money. It really felt like a home away from home

The hotel is located in the city centre and it close proximity to Han Market and Son Tra Night Market. We could view the Han River and the Dragon Bridge from our room.

We usually stay in 4 or 5 star property so to compare this one to that won’t be a good idea. The lobby is very mediocre and not what I would expect while staying in a 4/5 star hotel. Again it was our choice to try this one so honestly nothing against the hotel. The staff is very welcoming and warm. Don’t expect room service or other facilities like tea/coffee or good quality toiletry.

- Host switched rooms. We didn't get what was advertised in the listing - Very basic room with old furniture - Building not well kept. Funny smell throughout - very noisy and polluted area - certainly not worth the money
