We loved everything about our stay. Staff were exceptional, room had plenty of space, fire place was a fabulous addition, bed was comfy, shower was great. The bathroom floor was on a lean enough to feel it sitting on the toilet however it is a very old building. Breakfast was fantastic and the location was excellent.

Staff were always very helpful & friendly. Stayed in an Empire State Building view room & it was amazing. 10 minute walk to Times Square. Port Authority is a just over 5 minutes walk. Madison Square Garden & Penn station are a 5 minute walk.

Standard 2-star American hotel. Very adequate for a short stay to see Santa Cruz. Breakfast was good. Staff were pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Adequate parking right outside the room.

The jacuzzi was in the bedroom, as opposed to the bathroom, which is a little unusual. The room smelt damp when I checked in, probably due to same. The hotel is a little hard to find.

Breakfast had a variety of choices and was tasty. The staff made the stay very enjoyable. They were very accommodating and friendly.

Kitchen with no enough equipment, no pan, no strainer, not enough table set for 4. Surprised to have an oven but nothing to cook. Please make an effort otherwise why to rent a place with a kitchen? An other subject the breakfast is very standard, and when arriving last jour no refill, so poor choice. And why everything is in plastic (table set, plate,...) you can do better with low cost for the planet.
