The air conditioning unit was incredibly loud but we needed it on as was too hot to sleep . Also the large cockroaches in our room caused a great deal of stress, they are disgusting and added to the difficulty of sleeping

Where to start! It was advertised with an outdoor pool and fenced garden. The original advert showed the pool and garden in a very good state, which after our complaint the advert was altered. Our stay was in April and the company on arrival informed us the pool did not open until May. It had a covered area attached to the house. The pool was broken, empty with harmful gunge at it’s base. The garden was vastly overgrown mainly with 2 foot high weeds and the garden gate entrance was broken and hanging off it’s hinges. The outside sitting area was filthy with algae covering the furniture and the anti bug mesh broken hence it was heavy with dead and live flying insects. The outside sitting area furniture was also filthy. The front driveway had silt on a large part of it. The front garden also was overgrown. To access a toilet from one of the double bed rooms necessitated going down a set of stairs across the house and up another set of stairs. The company accepted the advertisement was incorrect but has refused a full refund and even though we only stayed for approximately one hour have deducted $200 dollars for cleaning from the partial refund. Totally unacceptable.
