We liked the six of the apartment, the furnishings etc but it was lacking basic elements

It was a 15/ 20 minute walk from Denver Station over two bridges, dodgy lifts etc so not close. When you call it Kasa Denver Station there is reasonable expectation that it’s within a 5 minute walk. The incredibly over complicated coding system to get in. When we tired and distressed after walking with our bags from thr station and then trying to decipher all the different codes, verification etc and rang Kasa. It turns out it wasn’t that hard but made difficult by all the different steps to take and too much information. Then we had key for the door, the lift and the apartment. Making sure we got them all right doesn’t make for a relaxing stay. We stayed at Sonder also. Really simple. One code for everything. Had no issues. The other disappointment was being harassed for my personal information months out. 3 emails and 3 texts. In thr end I had to tell Kasa to back off . Thr third issue was a huge bedroom and we were shocked to find a tiny double bed. Honestly nobody uses a double bed anymore. I cannot remember the last time I slept in one. As international travellers that’s completely unacceptable.

The room is dark, the curtains cannot be opened, because guests constantly walk outside the window, and they can see everything that is happening in the room. The carpet is dirty, it's not comfortable with children. There are a lot of pools, but they are rarely cleaned. There's a lot of dirt in them in the evening
