The room was clean, probably newly renovated. the mattress was nearly good, towels good quality. TV was huge. Bus to Manhattan is only 5 minutes walk and cost 3$50 per person.

The corridor looks bad specially the carpets. The outside surrounding area is not well kept . Pool is broken. Breakfast is low quality with paper plates and plastic knives.

Great stop between Grand Canyon and Death Valley. Next to the Hoover Dam. The food at the BigHorn Cafe in the hotel was really good and the service was friendly.

I liked that I was provided with a refrigerator and stove. I also liked that there were accommodations for my dog.

Most places I have stayed at provide some kind of a continental breakfast.. they also usually will dump the trash and provide towels daily.. it was weird to have to go get your towels.. I’m glad I didn’t have more than myself and my spouse and dog.. trash might have gotten smelly and gross after a week.

Front desk receptionist Didn't know her job. Couldn't find my 2nd reservation. Didn't know breakfast was included with my reservation. Need better training 😪 Had to show her my booking app.
