The staff was friendly, helpful, and informative. The price was great, there was everything you could need or want just 5 minutes from the hotel. The room was bigger than expected. The bed and couch were very comfortable. There was a fridge, freezer and microwave.

Room immaculate, great facilities (pool and gym), friendly staff (free cookies in lobby) close to really good places to eat that are walkable. Room size was really good and quality of bed/bedding. Would recommend.

Styrofoam packaging at breakfast and disposable cutlery not really classy, lowered feeling of breakfast too felt quite geriatric and really bad for environment.

The location was not far from Beale Street. You could easily walk or take the tram. The cost and location made it an ideal location. The breakfast was also good.

It was clean, spacious and within a great complex central to where I wanted to be. Requests were handled promptly when needed.

There could have been more towels provided for when we arrived as I had to request these as there weren’t any spare ones. There could have been a welcome folder with instructions on how to use the oven and air con.
